Dr. Walley is a personable and caring doctor that recommends what he feels is best for you as an individual, which is refreshing. He is a teaching doctor so ask questions and absorb. He is not overpriced but he is not going to be your Walmart pricing so don't expect the same pricing because your paying for quality here. He cares and makes things very simple. Dr. Walley was so kind and helpful and let me try several trial lenses to find which ones worked best for me. After I decided on which lenses I liked most, I got to pick whatever frames I wanted, and here I am now wearing the most incredible pair of glasses I've ever had. These lenses have been life-changing for me. Unlike regular sunglasses, I can wear these inside and at night without things being too dark. In fact, I forget I'm wearing them! The service was okay, but my biggest complaint for both locations that I visited was that they don't have a large selection of glasses to choose from. I was also surprised when I picked them up and they just handed me the glasses and asked if they fit. They take walk-ins and I've done that when I had a screw loose (no jokes) or something for a tech to handle but otherwise I always make an appointment.
