We were in a hurry and this place was the fastest exam I could find for her. I went in completely blind and honestly thought I was going to another place. The staff was nice, the Doctor seemed to know what he was doing. We got her exam all done and then on to the designer frame hustle. Ended up being $305 for a pair of glasses and the exam. Billed insurance a good bit more. It is what it is I guess. I was in a hurry. She likes the glasses. I am just too used to Costco I guess. I could have gotten two Gucci frames for that amount. Nice folks though. Support local Adam!!!! Damn it '24 - 24/100

After suffering from a severe traumatic brain injury ten years ago, I thought having daily migraine…read moreattacks was something I would just have to get used to. These kinds of headaches are intense and blur my vision with a bright "aura," and they were made much worse after having my first child. But one day I saw an informative video about special lenses for people like me on the Collierville Vision Center social media page. I had no idea lenses for headaches existed! Dr. Walley was so kind and helpful and let me try several trial lenses to find which ones worked best for me. After I decided on which lenses I liked most, I got to pick whatever frames I wanted, and here I am now wearing the most incredible pair of glasses I've ever had. These lenses have been life-changing for me. Unlike regular sunglasses, I can wear these inside and at night without things being too dark. In fact, I forget I'm wearing them! Best of all, I am living a migraine-free life. If you suffer from bad headaches and migraines, I urge you to seek help from this doctor because it will change your life. Thanks, Dr. Walley and Collierville Vision Center!

From there I answered a few questions, sent my prescription and they sent me an invoice and got the glasses ordered. They were incredibly helpful and professional! Despite me not being their optometry patient they gave me all the same discounts they give their own patients (which they didn't have to do for the random lady across the country asking for a specific set of frames), and even shipped for free! I had the glasses at my home 2 weeks from the day I spoke with them! Honestly, even though I live in California I will likely consider reaching out to them again if I need new glasses in the future because I was so impressed by their customer service!
