The second I walked into Memphis Optical, I knew I had an eye doctor for the rest of my college life. The staff were all really friendly, and the doctor had a good working knowledge of everything, and even told me some things that other eye doctors had neglected to mention in the past. The only thing I'm a little uncertain about it the price. The service was great, but after I got my new glasses and some contacts, it did seem a little over what I was used to paying. No biggy, though. I'd rather pay a little more and have my eyes looked after, than pay less and risk getting someone who doesn't know as much.

The patient rooms were surrounding the waiting area and people calling your name and you have no idea where they are. That is such a poor design. Staff was meh. The doc salar rafieetary knows what he was doing for sure. He was fast and efficient with nicu babies. But expected more of him since we waiting so long. Idk it was kind of a mixed experience for me.
