Dr. Koester is the best!…read more I struggled with my Rx glasses for over a decade! Every time I had new glasses, the Rx just didn't feel right and I had to go back and get re-examined. After numerous visits and many pairs of glasses, I was lucky to be referred to Dr. Koester by my ophthalmologist. Dr. Koester was very thorough and knowledgeable. She took the time to examine my vision and review my history in detail, and was able to finally isolate the real reason for my struggle. It turned out, I have VERY DRY eyes, and that caused my eyesight to fluctuate frequently. Following her recommendations, my Rx glasses have been working great! Our community is very lucky to have her! I hope she never retires!

After suffering from a severe traumatic brain injury ten years ago, I thought having daily migraine…read moreattacks was something I would just have to get used to. These kinds of headaches are intense and blur my vision with a bright "aura," and they were made much worse after having my first child. But one day I saw an informative video about special lenses for people like me on the Collierville Vision Center social media page. I had no idea lenses for headaches existed! Dr. Walley was so kind and helpful and let me try several trial lenses to find which ones worked best for me. After I decided on which lenses I liked most, I got to pick whatever frames I wanted, and here I am now wearing the most incredible pair of glasses I've ever had. These lenses have been life-changing for me. Unlike regular sunglasses, I can wear these inside and at night without things being too dark. In fact, I forget I'm wearing them! Best of all, I am living a migraine-free life. If you suffer from bad headaches and migraines, I urge you to seek help from this doctor because it will change your life. Thanks, Dr. Walley and Collierville Vision Center!
