She is tiny, the ladies put special holders on her glasses arms to keep them snug and comfortable on her little face because the frame she picked out was a bit big. They were also ready in less than 24 hours!! As a last resort, I called Costco who suggested that I reach out to Outer Vision. I'm glad I did. Donny knew exactly what Joe wanted and needed. Hub had his prescription and did not need an exam. There were many frames to choose among at fair prices. As Outer Vision is a provider in our Vision Plan network, we were able to save some money. Donny took our insurance information and the business submitted the paperwork. The only negative was that it took 3 1/2 weeks for the lenses to arrive at the store. Instead of telling me they couldn't write a prescription without an appointment they had me wait, and wait, and wait for a call back i was told i would get but never came.
