The staff is extremely unprofessional, arguing with each other…read morewhile customers stand in line waiting for service, then talking about customers once they leave, while other customers are still in line. They have NO customer service, one of the staff members was attempting to help an elderly woman self print a shipping label, but the staff member was across the room and instead of going over to help the woman, she stood there yelling instructions at her, hit next, hit send and then got irritated when the customer asked her to repeat herself. They are all rude and totally ignorant and have the nerve to be arrogant with their ignorance. I was forced to pay for two polymailers to return items, when I showed them the email that clearly said "No Box, No Label needed - FedEx will package and ship for you". I showed them the email and was told "Yeah, we'll package it, but you gotta pay for the package" . Look people, save your sanity and your sanctification. Just go to another location. These people are horrific.

I was quoted $51.00 and some change. I took the package to the USPS to see if I could get a better price. I could did not get a better price than the $51.00 so I came back to this store to send the package off. The clerk had already printed off the last shipping label the first time I was in the store and kept it just in case I returned to the store. She was right, I did come back. I came back for the first price I was quoted. I asked her to remove the insurance on the package. This brought the price down to $48.00. I agreed to that price. All of a sudden, she said I need to make an adjustment. After she made the adjustment she said, that will be $68 dollars and some change. She mentioned she had made a mistake in the measurements on the box however; she didn't measure the box again. She actually charged me $17.00 more, bringing the total cost to ship the package to $68. I left the store again going back to the USPS. This is unacceptable behavior. They need to move out of our community; they cannot be trusted to do business with the people in our community. I may be a lot of things but dumb and stupid is not one of them. I ended up paying a total of $51.00 to send the package off at the post office. All this UPS store is good for is to send Amazon packages back to Amazon; that's it, nothing more. The clerk misjudged me; more than likely she thought I would just suck it up and pay the $68.00. I noticed that although he had a line of customers he wasn't' rushing through the transaction, he was present and focused on what he was doing while still acknowledging the customers waiting. I appreciated the great service! This location is in the same plaza as Trader Joes and with the new nail salon, and breakfast spot there is very limited parking. There are a few spots directly in front of the UPS store that are marked for 10 minutes, if you're planning on coming in and out this is probably the best place to park if the lot is full.   I called a few UPS stores and I noticed that they each have different requirements. One place did month to month but didn't have personal mailboxes, it was held behind the desk, another required at least 6 months, and this one required at least 3 months. It's a pretty convenient location so I decided to select this store for my temporary mailbox. You receive an update when you have mail, and you have a key so you can come after hours. You can also have packages delivered here.   To get the mailbox I needed to provide two forms of ID, I couldn't' used a credit card so I used my medical card and DL. The total was $136 for 3 months.
