Colocar carteles de advertencia con colores llamativos para evitar que las personas tomen ropa equivocada --algo que me ocurrió recientemente. 2. Arreglar el techo, que está amarillo y con humedad, lo cual representa un riesgo de caída. También deberían limpiar los aires acondicionados, ya que eso puede enfermar a las personas al estar en un espacio cerrado. 3. El dispensador de jabón no funciona, ni en los baños ni en el área exterior. Ya reporté este problema a las empleadas, pero aparentemente no le dieron importancia. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!! I brought in over 14 pieces of very expensive items to be cleaned and they gave my clothes to someone unknown who came in with no ticket and no phone confirmation with the number listed on my account. When we realized the missed calls they said had already given out the clothes and there's nothing they could do. Super rude, hung up the phone twice while trying to get some sort of explanation as to how this happens. Anyone can just walk in , say a name, no ticket, no phone number, just pay the balance and off you go with a major come up . No apologies no reimbursement, no attempts to rectify. We even spoke with the owner, made a police report and the owner didnt even reimburse the deposit paid for the drop off nor honor the policy printed on the ticket which states up to 10% of the valued items which in this case was all Amiri, balenciaga, FOG hoodies, t-shirts and sweatpants, so if you know that brands you do the math on how much money was lost and irreplaceable season items. read more

They have Used bleach on all my clothes, a pair of sneakers and sons clothes. Tried to speak to them and they said they can give me store credit of $50.0 when they ruined above $200.00 Not only that I have been mistreated. They lost $365 worth of clothes. The clothes were dropped off for wash & fold service. First they "weren't ready". Then they were lost. My boyfriend has gone back to follow up almost every day for the last week + and nobody gives him a straight answer. Usually he's told to return the next day. Once they called and said they'd found the clothes and had accidentally given them to another customer, who was returning them. Then they changed that story and said the clothes were missing and offered $30. That's downright disrespectful. He provided them with an inventory of each item, along with an online link and the price value. They keep promising to call back when they have approval to pay him the $360 and then nobody calls. Bright colors are everywhere... OMG if you were sleepy when you walked in, the yellow walls and the orange signs wake you up instantly!!! It is a quiet place to do your laundry with massage chairs and flat screen TV's. A bit pricey $2.50 -$11.00 depending on the size of your load and dryers are 0.25 cents for 7 minutes i believe. They also have dry cleaning services and will wash your clothes for a fee. Honestly, you best know at least a little espanol to get by in this laundry mat. Oh and one more thing it closes at midnight but the last load is 10 pm and believe me they do lock the doors. Can you say #fire hazard! read more

very upset and disappointed i dropped of my comforter and paid for the cleaning service at the time of drop off in March 2021, i moved got, married, went on my honeymoon, and just remembered i had my receipt and i go pick it up and no one knows where my comforter is. The lady working admitted that she needed glasses and that she could have confused my ticket number 774 to the one of 744 because she went to the records and noticed that she signed off on the number 744 as if they picked it up but that comforter with that ticket number was still on the shelf. She looked in the register at the computer and even told me that the 744 ticket was paid for when they picked up the comforter. I asked to speak with a manager and she said you will have to call on a Monday. i called on Monday and left a message, the lady said well if she comes in ill tell her. I said mam the correct thing to do is call your manager and tell her that you have a problem and have her call me. Today a week later i call because i still have not received a call back. The lady that answered said that she told the manager and the manager said that there is a sign that says if not picked up after 30 days they can dispose of them. I said really but you showed me comforters on your shelf from last year Nov 2020 that have not been picked up. She said and they are still sitting there. So why would mine get disposed of or given to good will in 6 months if you have more than 1 comforter sitting there for almost a yr. Ever since My Sunny Laundry bought this laundromat it has gone down the toilet. I've been doing laundry at this location regularly for almost 20 years and have seen it changed hands many times but it has never been so horrible as it is now. They advertise free soap on Wednesdays and Thursdays but when I get there by 1 p.m. it is empty every single time. The machines are a hit or miss (both washers and dryers) I have had to ring the water out of my clothes before putting them in the dryer so many times it is ridiculous and the dryers pop open so your time runs out but your clothes don't dry. The same broken machines have been broken for months. I have repoted issues multiple times & they do nothing to coreect it. The staff there is terrible, they are incredibly rude and anytime you need them for something they get very annoyed like you are bothering them. They do not speak any English at all but rolling your eyes and shrugging your shoulders is an international language. The bathrooms are always out of service & when they are working they are so dirty & smell so bad that you'd be better off peeing in the parking lot. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more
