I recently had a very negative experience at Sunny Laundry. While doing my laundry, some of my items were stolen. I reported this to the staff, but they were unhelpful, and I haven't received any response from management or the owner. To make matters worse, there was some really concerning loitering happening outside, which made me feel unsafe. I would not recommend this laundromat." A one star was being generous "I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated by the lack of care and responsibility shown by My Sunny Laundry. Theft regarding my $100 couch cover was stolen upsetting enough, but to then be told their security cameras weren't working and to receive no follow-up from management is unacceptable. read more

ATTENTION LADIES AN GENTLEMEN!! THIS PLACE THE BIGGEST SCAM. We don't realize because most of us don't read the machines. When you walk in, on the left side of the place they have the cheapest machines, they go from 3.75 to 5.00 which are close between 8-9 pm. The other side, the right side (walking in from the door) those machines are more expensive and THEY ARE THE SAME EXACT ONES AS THE LEFT SIDE. I used this came to this place for over 2 yrs. THISIS NOT OKAY. PEOPLE PLS ANALYZE THIS AND SAY SOMETHING TO THESE PEOPLE. There's no reason why we have to pay more for the same exact thing. Please stop using this business. They are unfaithful ATENCIÓN SEÑORAS Y SEÑORES.

Been using this laundry for years, I've noticed the general cleanliness has domínese. the washer smell, as they haven't taken the time to disinfect them. There's papers on the floor and many dryers are broken. worse thing they no longer have the larger baskets. biggest concern is the smell inside the washers. please take one hour to disinfect them. read more

Good service and equipment. There are many washers. Nice temperature. I highly recommend.

The staff is extremely unhelpful!! I was using three dryers and I came back to find that one of them was emptied out and my things were stolen. I checked all the other dryers and even double checked with the employee on duty to make sure it was not moved elsewhere by her. Since they have cameras I asked if she was able to check the footage or contact someone who could and she said no but that I could leave my name and number for the manager to contact me the following morning. I informed her that my uniforms were taken and I needed them for the next day but she kept insisting there was no number to call the manager (WHICH MAKES NO SENSE!!) and giving me the excuse that the manager is pregnant which is completely irrelevant. I never received a call from anyone and was mandated by my job to file a police report due to my uniforms being stolen. If it was her belongings that were stolen I'm sure the employee would have wanted better customer service but since it wasn't her in the situation she didn't care at all. read more

Bad business! on google it says it's open 24 hours, and on maps on my iPhone , and they have the "open 24 hours" sign on on the window of the establishment and yet i show up and the employees tell me they close at 11:30??? a total inconvenience and totally unacceptable. read more

This laundry mat is the best one in this area by far. It's clean and nicely put together. Will definitely come back.

I always come to this laundry. It is affordable and clean at all times. The best of everything, they are open daily 24/7, very convenient. I highly recommended. read more

Been going here for years, absolutely love the service and quality of cloths. Hemo is the best, I usually drop off my cloths and pick up during the week. Love how my cloths smell and feel after. The owner truly invested in amazing machines and washing fabric. Majority of my coworkers now drop off their cloths because of how much I brag about the quality and convenience. read more

As a customer for over ten years, I am disappointed and saddened about the services, employees and the uncleanliness of the laundromat. Upon my last visit, your folding tables edges corner cut my hand. I reported it to the employee and she had no remorse, no band aid or first aid kit and told me to get tissue. Moreover, I have also come to learn that the Indian lady has been fired and was a excellent diligent worker who was on top of everything. She kept the place so clean you could have eaten off the floor it was so neat. However, not now its dingy, dirty, expensive and some of the machines do not work. In my opinion, this is unacceptable for a business in the United States of America or anywhere for that fact. read more

Today I went to do my laundry and when I went back to get it out of the washer in 30 minutes I see all my clothes in a cart and a random person putting in their clothes . I kindly asked him why he took my clothes out and he said because he needed to wash his clothes. Mind you, there's mannnyyyy empty washers there. I asked him again why would he do that, given that I didn't take long at all and he got vulgar, formed a scene and said he had asked the clerk and she told him that she couldn't take the clothes out herself but he could. She watched him and did NOT stop him. I found it to be tasteless and unprofessional. I will not be returning. read more
