This place has horrible staffing, whom are very uncaring. Perhaps they too are tired of the complaints about the equipment not working properly. Obviously this problem with the softener part of the machines are not working properly. I know this because my wife complained, and none of the staff was willing to help. When I researched there are several old complaints as well. Even the the staff mentioned that it has been reported and nothing has been done to fix the problem. The softener compartments are full of sitting softener as well as water. Even some dryers are not working right, clothes are not drying and stay completely wet. SMH this is insane. No way to run a business. Only getting worse, this used to be a great place to clean your clothes. read more

Shadiest place in South Florida, come on in and get out of the hot sun! They advertise .95 cent washes, but only have two machines near that price. The rest of the machines are out of order, don't work properly and are way over priced. The place is filthy too. They won't take cash, never give change, and you have to literally buy a card for $2.00 to put money on and the cards constantly error out in the machines. All of the machines charge you more too based on the selections you make so a $2.95 wash will turn into a $4.95 wash. I tried to talk to the manager and the staff told me they literally don't know who the manager is and have no way to collect feedback. I'm pretty sure you'd get robbed in this neighbor too if you tried to use the laundromat after 9 PM. read more

Don't bring your business here!! They will took your money by the machines I spend $27 plus another $4.95 to do 4 small load (only wash not dryer yet) So this what happens The machines look like a broken after you load your laundry and put detergent bleach,etc,then you will put your card then select the circle the water and so on then u click many times the machines seems not working then u repeat again step by step and yes off course you gonna took back your card then put it back your card! Here this the catch "EVERY-TIME U TOOK BACK ON PUT ON YUR CARD THEY TOOK YOUR MONEY (sounds impossible right?) but that's what happens on me after 2 load on those small machine (see the pictures I share) then try to load another 2 loads the card show me I just have only 0.10 cents yes 10 cents and JUST FYI I just put money $7 cash and $20 on my credit card so total I got $27 plus we need buy a card for $2 And after 2 load (small small machine) they just left me $0.10 cents so just be aware and bring your business else where!!! read more

Doing my laundry at 2 AM on a Friday night. Happy to find this place open 24/7. So happy to find a kind helpful person working there. She helped me navigate their not well designed card system. The $2.00 charge for the card is a rip off. Plus some of the dryers add 16 minutes at a time. She was cleaning the place the entire time I was there and it looked spotless when I walked it. I always do my laundry here. I like using this facility because it is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Also open on most holidays. The setup is to purchase a laundry card that you can add cash to with a machine. Please note that you need to bring bills, the machine doesn't accept coins or credit cards. There's an incentive going on right now- if you add $20 to the card, they add a $2 credit for a total of $22 to your card. There is also the option of having the washing ladies wash your clothes for $0.87 per lb- but the minimum is 10 lbs. They wash and fold the clothes. (Saturday & Sunday, pickup is the next day since they have a huge volume those days.) Only drawback is the temperature. It's much better to do laundry here at night or on cooler days. It's not outdoors but the a/c isn't as cool as it needs to be and the fans aren't that strong. Otherwise, the machines work pretty well & the staff is really nice. Some of the washing ladies don't speak English that well though but that's Miami for you. read more

I came here based on one review that must've been years ago under different management. Because i had a rather awful time. Id rather do laundry at home with my broken dryer and let it air dry than come back here. For starters I wasn't my even greeted when I walked in. And the lady seemed bothered. By ny asking for help since I hadn't been to a Laundry Mart before. To continue you have to purchase a Laundry Card Thats $2 to even use the machines. That was a bit annoying but to worsen the grievance the lady said she did not have any more available. So i wasted my time even showing up. And further more They seemed annoyed that I had to both wash and Dry my clothes. What did they expect me to hand wash my clothes with a bucket and shutter. What is this 1814?! came here for the first time tonight and the two old ladies in the front were so rude. i asked how i can pay for a machine and they told me i had to buy a card but as if it were obvious yet they didnt have any to sell me and had the audacity to say "esta está perdida" as i walked out like i couldn't understand them. literally left to My Sunny Laundry down the street and it was so much easier and peaceful. Miserable people slowly making the world a worst place and you for sure lost some business by treating other people poorly. such a simple interaction with other people and they made it shit read more

Avoid like the plague. The help is nice, but you have to put money on a card for the machines with a twenty dollar minimum. No refunds. Prices are set to numbers like 10.05 just so you can't use the remaining balance without putting on another twenty. The company pockets whatever you can't use. Rip off. read more

Wow! This laundromat totally revamped itself recently! I used to always wash here, then moved to another laundry but recently came back. They have new machines, including a brand new 100lb washer (for the major laundry days!), free WiFi, and nice tables/chairs. I felt comfortable doing my laundry there and will defintely be back. read more

I had the worst experience at this laundromat. I walked in asking for help but they never helped me. On Camara I was wearing paisley shorts. You can tell that they were not helpful. They told me not to talk to customers and share my thoughts because they would call the cops on me. I have never been to jail and am a professional but that was a threat! I would like management to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I will also file a better business complaint this week. I will be ok with people treating people like this at all. read more

Upon arrival, most of the machines do not work and the one that does work the fabric softener does not work and when you ask the attendant to assist you or replace your fabric softener she says no......straight up no, you are on your own. I will never wash here again and will let everyone I know know about the service I received here.........this is a disgrace and the staff is disrespectful. read more
