    Safe touch Tampa,…read more Duray of Safe Touch was very professional, thorough, and attempted to resolve our problem, spent plenty of time trying to resolve our issues. However, it was a system issue or product that could not be resolved. Today we had Jeff and Jim come to install a new complete system. They were both very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The install went smoothly, and I am totally grateful to Eric Hysler, Duray, Jeff and Jim for updating us to a new system. Jeff actually ran late on his next job since he spent a good portion of time with the installation and then explaining on how to use the new digital pad and how to use the new system. We have been very satisfied with Safe Touch service as a customer for over 12 years with Safe touch and will be now for another 3 years at least. I would highly recommend Safe touch as your alarm company. They go above and beyond the call of duty to make a customer feel wanted which is a rare quality these days. Robert Ste Update 12/30/24 Today I contacted Safe touch Technical Support because our new updated system was not beeping when closing only when you open something. Justin Wickliffe was our technical support specialist. He guided us through making payments online via our desktop and also managing our panel via alarm.com. They updated our system while we were on the phone. Next thing I knew our system had updated and now when closing a door or window it speaks door closed and beeps as well. Problem and question answered. Justin resolved all of our issues, and we could not be happier with our service and upgraded system. Thank you, Justin you are an asset to the company. So far, we have not run into any problems with our account, system or technical support since being customers for over 12 years. Thank you, Robert S

    We've had this service since about 2019. Started off ok. Then started declining. Batteries started…read moregoing out. Which of course weren't covered. Not to mention a service call fee. Then the hard sell to upgrade whenever we needed our system serviced. We were told our particular system was a bit outdated. Great sales pitch by the way. Everyone loves to hear that all the money they've spent was basically for an outdated system! Finally, when we were just fed up enough to cancel, we did. Called them and told them that we were canceling. OF COURSE, here came the hard sell again! When we said we weren't interested and just wanted to cancel.... She then proceeded to tell us, " I'm sorry but we can't except your cancellation over the phone ". WTF!!!!! So we had to email them to say we wanted to cancel. Now I ask you, is this a customer served based company?? I surely don't think so. I understand it's a business. But thank you for wasting more of my time!! I guess , since they made us wait for every service call every time, wasn't enough. Plus the "window " of the service calls, just wasn't enough. They had to waste more of our time yet again. All for a hard upsell. Good Riddance Safe Touch!!
