So you pay the monthly fee & just as much monthly to pay off the equipment. They stick you in a 5 year contract until you pay off the equipment. Luckily they give you 3 days to cancel, which I did. Now I'm just waiting for them to pick up their equipment. They had a tech come the same night we signed up & they did a partial installation. Let's see how long it takes them to come get their equipment now since I have another company coming to install a system that cost me less than $1000 & monthly service is half as much!
