They even retrofitted a modern light fixture using the glass from a vintage fixture I had to achieve the exact look I was going for. The entire team was punctual, professional, clean, polite, and overall just really nice guys to work with. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and left the area clean afterward. From the scheduling team to the estimator, everyone was responsive, helpful, and quick to communicate throughout the process. Their pricing was fair, and the response time was super quick as well. It's hard to find dependable service these days, but these guys definitely delivered. Highly recommend!

Chris even suggested I apply for a rebate from my power company that makes nearly the whole effort free to me. He placed the socket right where I wanted it, and didn't hack and slash as a previous electrician had. I would absolutely trust In Phaze again.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!…read more I can't say enough good things about Florida Electrical Services and Contracting. I called Monday afternoon for an estimate to install a Tesla charger, and just one hour later, Nelson was at my home. I received a very reasonable estimate and was able to schedule the installation for only two days later. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Chris did a fantastic job getting all the paperwork together for the permit and keeping everything moving. On installation day, Nelson arrived right on time and even contacted me beforehand to let me know he was on his way. Nelson is a true professional and expert at what he does. He installed the Tesla charger exactly where I wanted it, and the finished installation looks perfect. He paid attention to every detail, took the time to clean everything up afterward, and somehow managed to leave my garage cleaner than when he arrived! It's refreshing to find a company that combines fair pricing, excellent communication, quality workmanship, and genuinely great people. What a great company--but even better people. Don't hesitate to choose Florida Electrical Services and Contracting for any electrical project you might have. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

My son had recently faced A/C issues and had contacted the same big-name company. Their service was both unrealistic and expensive. He found Swish Air Conditioning and Heating and shared the information with me, knowing how out of line the big-name company was. I decided to give Swish a call. I am beyond impressed with the prompt, professional, and courteous service I received. Ryan came out on a Sunday to assess the issue and was incredibly thorough. He got my A/C working immediately but needed additional parts to complete the job the next day. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I could easily understand. Not only did he complete the work quickly, but the cost was astonishingly reasonable. I had anticipated the high charges typical of the big-name company, but to my surprise, the expense was far more affordable--no need to take out a loan! Additionally, I purchased their yearly maintenance plan, which is also much cheaper than the big-name company's plan. It covers more services and provides discounts for future issues. I can hardly believe it! Excellent service and fantastic pricing!

Smartron has been excellent, thank you…read more First, I'm in California and my property is in Florida. Smartron coordinated with the utility company to unlock the panels and arranged inspection at the end. They took care of everything. We had a problem with double taps on an electric panel. Smartron upgraded the necessary panels and fixed the double tap issues. As you can see from the pictures the work is very clean and organized. I will definitely call Smartron again if I need anymore electrical done in the area. Also, Smartron made sure there were smoke detectors located throughout in order to pass inspection. I'm very impressed. Thank you.

I paid $200 to have a guy tell me I have some loose wires. Was in my house for two hours- one of…read morethose was just him writing a proposal at my kitchen table. I give it two stars because the guy was nice and the lady who booked the appointment was nice. For some reason, he thought I was going pay 1k on the spot to have him fix "loose wires" and $2500 to fix the lose wires with a whole house surge protector. And for 10K, I can have all the above done plus rewire "back stabbed outlets". He wasn't going to insure his work without replacing all the back stabbed outlets. Spoke with three electricians this morning who are laughing at these prices. The tech wouldn't email me the estimates because of "competition" but I think it's because the prices are so outrageous that he literally didn't want proof of them in anyone's hands. I did get the two lowest estimates that I described above sent to my email... he'd only send two out of the five or six he wrote up on his ipad sitting in my kitchen. Just really bad optics. I'd find an hourly electrician of I were you. I felt I was in a two hour sales call that I needed to pay for. The whole thing was just really bizarre and there were a lot of "firsts" for me that Ive never seen from any trades company.

Considered an essential business, (thank God, we live in Florida where it's a sauna!!) they…read moreanswered my call for a checkup and an evaluation for cooling the garage. So happy they are open during the quarantine/covid-19. They were able to come sooner than I could accommodate, so we agreed on Thursday. Two guys came out, one was training the other to be on his own soon. It was an all day affair. One of my units checked out fine. The other one had some issues so they had to drain the Freon and check it out. I asked if they wouldn't mind cleaning up the squirrel skeleton under the unit. The young guy straight up said no! The older guy chuckled, grabbed my trash bag and went up and cleared it all out. So thankful! They were very considerate of my carpet etc. Protec installed my hot water heater which is why I called them for my AC needs. I figure, if they can do plumbing and AC, they can figure out how to cool my garage. As it turned out, I needed a separate appointment for evaluation for the air conditioning install. They are not allowed to tee off my existing unit into the garage. It's illegal. So I called and they said they could send someone out on Monday. The guy came and we talked about the options. We agreed on a new install and he was able to schedule me that week, Thursday. The team of three guys, the one who grabbed the squirrel carcass, and two other men came on Thursday and installed the unit. They were here all day, but as promised, they did it in one day. They had some issues with the wrong piping and had to redo it. They also made a small hole in the garage wall for the drainage pipe that didn't work out, so they have to come back and plug the hole. They also need to come back and cover the pipes. They didn't have everything for this custom project. The idea for the garage to be cooled is to take the edge of in the summer when I work out, not to cool It all the time. It works amazing. It has a remote control. A thermostat install would be an extra charge, but you could get it WiFi compatible and control it from your phone. Protec has an optional membership which can be tailored to your needs and is priced out depending on what you want and how many units you have. I joined. It includes 15% off plumbing and AC repairs. Hope I don't need to use that benefit. They're really good about calling and emailing. They will communicate both ways or whatever you prefer. Very professional. I would recommend them. You might get a better price with someone else, but you won't get the same warranty and guarantee.
