Our landlord, thankfully, took our complaints seriously enough to look Into something beyond calling his "rat guy" and found Eagle Rodent. I'm glad he did because within a week Sebastian and his crew arrived and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of our basement and attic. All entry points for rats and field mice (identified by Santiago via their droppings) were excluded from our residence (a 1910s four-square style home). It takes three to four weeks for a serious rat mite infestation to die off and foggers seemed to bring us the rest of the way there. As of this writing, we have yet to hear any rodent activity. A few traps were left behind after a follow-up visit in which several rat carcasses were found in the first round of traps.
