You come in, he looks at you, he knows what you need, he knows what you've been looking for but needed help finding. He oozes charisma and his bedside manner makes you feel well cared for and fabulous, the way your favorite hair stylist (or bartender or shrink) with the confidence that you got the right glasses for the right price! Wanna talk more about price? There is no nickel and diming here...there is old school customer service and respect for the relationship with the customer. He's got the high end stuff and the more afordable stuff, but he makes it so that the high end stuff is doable. He's not a cold computor/by the book kind of guy...he will work with you....because he's generous, because he's a good guy not wanting to get the most out of you because he could, and naturally that gives you a good feeling and you want to buy more. So I get all my glasses there...the single lens, the progressive lens, the transition lens, the pure sunglasses, the computor glasses....all of it...becasue he's got the selection and the price and you feel like you are giving the right guy your money...because you are...he's worth it...what you are getting (when you do the research) is a bargain compared to other, impersonal places. He gets busy over there, because he's in demand. But Serge works in the round, from the center of a big bar that circles around him, so he can pivot and help the next person in an instant...and I've seen it, the way he pivots and then gives the next person such exact and intuitive service you would think they are the only customer in the room. THE BEST!

I paid almost twice as much as I did 2 years ago to have computer glasses made. They took 3 weeks to come back from the place that makes them!!! 3 weeks!! They did not add the blue light filter for computer which I specifically requested and paid for and the glasses were made of this awful plastic material which is probably the cheapest available. I could hardly see my computer and was getting headaches from straining my eyes with the terrible glasses they made. I had to go somewhere else to get another pair and pay again. So I WASTED MY MONEY MISERABLY AT THIS PLACE! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK!

The staff, the ones who do all the on-the-floor tasks are not so charming, friendly or helpful. It's so painfully obvious that their main/only goal is to upsell, upsell, upsell. They don't really care if the frames they're choosing for you is actually suitable for your face. They just want to make sure you fall in love with frames that are $500+ I got flattered into buying a pair beautiful plastic YSL frames, but being Asian with very little nose bridge, these plastic frames (not very adjustable) are super annoying as they constantly slip off my nose. Seems like advice your "optometrist" office would give you, if they actually cared about you. Well, they did a good job selling me since I walked out of there dropping $1500 for two progressive glasses! Oh, and that's after insurance. Whatever that means because the two "saleswomen" and the guy who also does the "fitting" are clueless and can't explain your benefits to save their lives. Shame on me for falling prey to their inauthentic "help" fitting me for frames. Mind you, when I was getting fit/in shopping mode, they were sweet as pie but when I went back in to ask for an adjustment so my $1000 glasses could fit me better, they could give zero sh!ts. So transparent. All I can advise is buyer beware and stand firm on your budget. I don't think they have frames for under $400. I wish I can give more stars because it is quite convenient to get an appt.
