I've been coming to this little indoor playground for years, and I just had one of the best experiences yet. The girl working there today really stood out, she was constantly walking around, checking to make sure everything was clean, organized, and safe for the kids. It's rare to see that level of attention and care. You can tell she genuinely takes pride in her work and wants families to have a great experience. Fantastic indoor playground! Local spot, great variety of play areas, friendly staff, not too crowded, good deals if you know where to look. 7 and 2 year old love coming here. Good maze area, clean and safe, lots of pretend play areas also. Theres an arcade and climbing walls, but the standard play areas are great enough. Spent the whole day here with my toddler (3yo) and it was awesome! They have so many little costumes and play areas. Mine really liked the police station and school. This indoor playground for toddlers was a nice little venture into a safe space for kids birthdays or social gatherings for little ones. You will need to fill out a release form, and wear socks to prevent any dirty feet. It's BYOB food and drinks for kids and is well organized. I would say the location is probably good for 3-5 year olds, as older kids would probably not play on the skits or play area, and the younger ones would not likely know what to do yet. Got a Groupon for 2 kids but you need to RSVP beforehand and it only applies for Mon-Thur so beware if you go on a Friday or weekend! The price is $25 for one child and if they have siblings each child after that is $20 for 2 hours of play (kids need to be in socks they sell for $4 if you need them). Across the street there is also a cute little park; if you need extra play time which I highly doubt it lol. The playground is toddler friendly as well as for older children. They have wall climbing area and an arcade for older kids, ball pits and slides, dress up for each occupation station such as police department, fire station, salon, etc. I still have our Groupon since I went on a Friday last week but I definitely recommend! They have a massage chair for adults to relax. No food area or mini snack bar. PS. The only con that I have is I think they have a sewage problem? Pretty large indoor playground located across the street from smith park. There are quite a few different themed rooms and kids can even play dress up. Large slide up top FYI for parents who go up with there kids, there isn't really any way to get down except slide down into the ball pit. No big deal, parents need some fun and excitement too! Only downside is the arcade area in the back was still out of order as of 8/6/2024. Overall still a fun and interactive indoor playground for kids. I have never been to one of these as a kid so I got to go down the slide (bc I was small enough) to show my kid and goes into a ballpit. That was pretty fun. It not a very big place but it's big enough to keep the little ones busy for hours. It's great they only charge for the kids and there are some area where parents can sit and chit chat with one eye while their kids play and the other eye to watch the kids. This place is terrible!!! It's freezing cold inside and when you ask them to turn on the heater they claimed it's broken and waiting to get fixed lol. During the summer when it's hot they claimed the AC is broken so you catch my drift? My kids friend also hit his head really hard on the playground. He cried pretty bad so this is a safety issue concern since they have these metal bars wrapped in colored covers, yet it still is dangerous! Discovered a new indoor playground for my 3 and 4 year old girls. They really enjoyed this spot because the play areas are divided into different rooms-- grocery store, classroom, fire station, doctor's office and beauty parlor--plenty of rooms for your kids to run their imagination. There's also a large area for the slide and wall climbing, and another area with arcades and merry go round. The arcades and wall climbing areas require additional fees. I like that the place is well maintained and padded everywhere. It's also very organized. The private room is spacious and the bathroom is clean. My only criticism is that the place doesn't exert a lot of energy for my two high strung girls. There's a lot of playing pretend but not enough running to get them tired. This location has been around for a while but only was used for private events. Now finally open to the public for open play. The space is a smaller than their Grenada hill location but much more organized. The toys are used but aren't beat up and thrown everywhere. The jungle gym section has a lot of dead spaces and difficult for smaller kids to get around. The entire back is the arcade section so you have to pay extra for each one. The biggest negative for me is the volume of their music. It's deafening and my 3 years old was deterred to go into certain rooms because the speakers were blasting in her face. I found this place on Groupon and decided to purchase it because it was $35 for 2 hours for 2 kids. The original price was $45. My kids are 3 and 5 and they both really liked it. I didn't really care for it myself. It reminds me of a wannabe Pretend City and a Kids Empire mashed together but smaller. Everything in there from the floor to the wall was padded. It's good for the littles who may fall but not really necessary. They had an arcade section with same games and a small merry-go-round but it was not in service. They also had a couple of wall climbing games but they costed extra. The whole place seemed to be run by only one person there. There's also no place to eat so if you brought snacks, you would need to step outside to the entrance and eat in a tiny area by the lockers and shoe storage area. Cozy indoor playground. It reminds me of pretend city with the little "shops". Kids had fun. It was easy keeping an eye on them, unlike other indoor playgrounds that are overwhelming. My 1 year old had a blast here. We got the Groupon and visited 2x. They are in their first few years so far fewer of their toys are broken. My daughter loved the slide in the center and the cars. On 03/02/24 I purchased 2 passes through Groupon. When we get to the place it's closed. There are about 5-6 families outside the place in the cold rain trying to contact the place to see what is going on. No response, no email, nothing. I came back a couple of weeks later because I didn't see any refund in my bank account. I'm told by the staff member, "yeah we closed, but we don't honor Groupon refunds. " WHAT?!!! I was told to go to Groupon on fix this. Really?! I thought about that but I am going to eat the $45 loss and just never come back. I love this place. It's clean, safe and so fun for the kids. It's air conditioned and even has a massage chair you can use (for a fee).

The lady at the register was rude and it seemed like it bothered her we got there an hour before closing.

I went for the first time on Sunday and I was so disappointed. The floors were dirty , definitely needed to be mopped. ( I got there right at 11am when they opened) They only had one worker in front who only came to the play area at every hour to turn on the strobe lights and bubble machine. Definitely needed two workers to help maintain the cleanliness. Then some entitled parents thought it was appropriate to approach anther family who's child was expressing their excitement. And compared them to an animal! Saying children shouldn't yell and if she wanted to listen to kids yell she should've just went to the zoo! I couldn't believe it! I had so much high hopes for this indoor playground as to all the good reviews but definitely not worth $25 for two hours. And the extra charge to try the rock climbing. My toddldaughter loves this place. It's not as busy on weekdays and kind of hidden in a warehouse location. We go regularly and she always has a fun time whether playing by herself or with other kids. The staff always reorganizes the place after the kids make a mess. They pretty much let the kids free play with the parent supervising. It's good to let your kids work out all their energy and ready for a nap. read more
