I asked if they needed my address and the reply was ''No. We will be driving by all the addresses we mailed the flyers to.' I put everything I had, which was a good amount, out Friday night. Saturday came and by 2:00pm no one came by. I called their office and left a V-mail. Sunday came and I left another Vmail, expressing my dissatisfaction. Monday came and I took my recycling to Jennifer at SoCal Surplus & Ewaste. She's very accommodating. But they typically dont pickup unless you have a lot. I strongly recommend Jennifer! This is the second time we've taken the time to gather the electronics and mixed wires and placed them at our curb with the big yellow card exactly according to the instructions on the card. This is the second time the electronics have sat there all day until we finally brought them back in at dark. What's happening here? Why are they sending these cards and instructions if they aren't actually doing pickups? Is it something they have to pretend to do to get e-waste recycling funds? Total waste of time and effort.

He was able to accommodate my schedule (needed late evening or early morning), showed up on-time and was super-quick. While I was available to meet him and pay in-person, he also offers remote pickup meaning you don't need to be there when he picks up.
