She made sure I was comfortable and gave me great tips for aftercare of my piercing. I forgot the guy's name who did my tattoo but he's the one in the back on the left. I seen a post on instagram for Free piercing or tattoo. I Spoke to someone this morning about the free piercing deal so I can re pierce my Medusa. I was told to come in and they will do it. I get there and the lady at the front said they are no longer doing them anymore and when I went to check their insta for the promo post they deleted it..... I didn't have a problem paying 40 for a discounted piercing was even planning on getting more of it all went smooth. They are currently CASH ONLY but there is an ATM literally right around the corner. I'm super happy with my piercing and the aftercare instructions they gave me. So I NEVER leave bad reviews but i just had such a poor tattoo experience that I just have to share for the betterment of the artists at the shop and to give anyone who plans on going there a heads up... A friend and I made an appointment for 12:15 pm, i get there and sign some paperwork to get the tattoo. My friend gets there after me and we start talking about her paperwork, but no one ever gives her any. They just started tattooing her and then realized the mess up and asked her to sign paperwork after we were done. When I get there i start talking to the artist, who tells me they're hungover and feel horrible- which is obviously slightly concerning to someone about to get permanent ink on them but whatever right- the artist then proceeds to show me a redesign of the design my friend and I sent her. It's such a simple design so even though the design was a little wonky, my friend and I said fuxk it because we liked the style more and appreciated her input -also we were able to give some suggestions on how to adjust it to our liking. However, she said she would fix some stuff not on the stencil but while she was tattooing, which would be fine ?? if she didn't mess up both tattoos :/ the reason I'm writing this now is because My last straw was that I found out that the redesign "she created" was actually not her design at all. I found the exact same design online to a T.. why lie and say you redesigned something when you just ripped off an Etsy design? Anyways The reason why she messed up the line work and shading im sure is because of the total lack of professionalism. We got there around 12 and left a bit before 6. It took 5 hours to tattoo two little 3 inch tattoos, BECAUSE she literally kept getting up in the middle of tattooing us. In the middle of our appointment she took i would say about 10 or so piercing appointments and walk ins, leaving us laying there with half done tattoos for at least 20 minutes at a time. At one point when we were like "where is she??" She would be talking to another artists and actually at one point took lunch for like 40 min...like okay girl you should eat but PLEASE. If she would have just been focused on us--like any normal tattoo artist-- we could have been done in two even 3 hours tops. Also this goes to the other artists/piercers at the shop- was she the only competent one there? Why was she constantly getting pulled away in THE MIDDLE of her tattoo appointment? I understand if there's a staff shortage but at the end of the day we are paying to get this art, we made an appointment, and we should be treated with respect and consideration, as should the artists. My friend and I both have many tattoos and this is the LONGEST we have ever sat for a tattoo- and we have much bigger pieces. We had to cancel our plans for the day and missed our 6 pm dinner reservation. Also while she was tattooing me she kept saying that she "wasn't a professional" and that she had low standards for her expectations so that she would feel better about her work, which as an apprentice I get but don't tell someone that while you have needles up on their skin anyways .. also at one point another artist came up to us while The artist was piercing someone, and actually criticized the half done tattoo. Like wow thanks that makes me feel better.. at the end of the day everyone was chill and welcoming but there was just at no point any professionalism... Don't be fooled by their deals and cheap prices because you might just get what you paid for. read more

Did not have a pleasant tattooing experience here. The ambience is like a guy's man cave... everyone in there is smoking and chatting like they're not on the clock and there to work. If you want something simple, you will literally spend all day there to get tattooed and on top of that, the artist has no creativity at all. You give them inspo pictures and they will tattoo the Google image you showed them. Go anywhere else if you want to actually get a decent tattoo. read more

Amazing experience, the staff was super friendly and the place was super clean. It had a private area for piercings too. That had a great sale going on too! Jay was my piercer and he was amazing!!! Such a sweet soul, I felt very comfortable with him and he helped calm me down for the piercing since it was my first and I was very nervous. He did my belly button and it couldn't be straighter! Very disappointed!! The promotions brought me here but they lie, is a bait and switch. You go there with a $20 price in mind and suddenly the price goes up to $240!! Not only that, they were telling me that to get the special I needed to write a review, even before getting my piercing!! No wonder they have so many reviews. The piercer was rude and had a strong weed smell, his name is Yogii. He was rushing me and the place was empty. Honestly, I wish I could give them "0" stars, worst experience.
