He assured me that they are a trusted business and all the shredding was done by another company but loaded into locked containers until it was picked up. So we loaded up our papers to be shredded in boxes and used a cart to load them in our pickup as they were very heavy. When we got to the store we unloaded them from our pickup onto the cart but there was a lip on the sidewalk and my husband and I couldn't get them up on the sidewalk to get into the door. Before we knew it Cory/Cody was at the door to help up get it up on the sidewalk and in the door. He then helped my husband to load the other two boxes from the pickup and take them in the store. Again, nearly impossible, links don't work or aren't there and then when you do it says to call and let them know but the phone number on the screen goes to a different place not associated with them and are of no help. When you go to several different sources and finally get a person, they don't speak English and hang up on you. Again, horrible service but quick to take your money.
