Now I'm overcharged monthly, and nickel and dimed for every additional action. First I was being charged for blank pages in a scan. Then scans became snapped phone pics...not even lit right, squared up, and printable! It get worse! The company often hires temp people to sort and scan mail...like after holidays, Mondays, or snow days. So who knows who has pics of your personal info on their phone! And then there's the packing. In the notes I asked for 4 pieces of mail to be sent to the same address. No one read the notes and sent me 4 items in 3 mailings...ALL AT $16 A POP! One I was charged a packaging fee for, and it simply had a new shipping label slapped over the old one. Another piece got lost in shipping. Mind you, I choose a trackable shipping method (Usually Fedex Ground) all the time! Neither Anytime Mailbox nor Postal Annex refunded the shipping. FedEx admitted they lost it, but I didn't pay FedEx. The annex erased the assigned tracking number from the action, and customer service sounded like a 5-year old trying to understand what the problem is!! There are a handful of other mail forwarding services in Sioux Falls, and another handful in the rest of the state. DO NOT waste your time with this one...and risk your identity getting stolen!!

So now you know they are all about the almighty $$$ only Trying to get a service done by them. An important one. One that they charge a very hefty sum and it should be understood that its a service that time is of the essence. I have had to fight with them for 2 weeks to get this service done. I sent in documents that had everything they needed as far as info. Because it was in a different form they would not accept it. All the information they needed was provided. Then they take their sweet time to get this service done. Documents were received by them before the weekend. Do they hurry to provide the service? No of course not. Do they get to it first thing Monday morning? Nope , why would they do that ? Instead they get to it on Tuesday. All the documents and info is in their possession . So they are going to send it right away right??? Nope!!! I get an email saying it will be mailed on Wednesday!!! Are you kidding me?? Do not use this company

The next day, I see the UPS truck parked in front of my building. I watched the driver head over to another building with white slips in his hand....no packages. I decided to talk to the driver who stared me in the eye and said that he does "exactly what I'm supposed to do". He claimed that he knocked at the doors of my two neighbors as well. I told him that I would have heard him, and why wouldn't he put the slip on their door then. BTW, we have cameras in our building, so after feeling even more frustrated with the driver, I talked to the complex owner. He basically told me the same story as I was going to tell him about the driver! So today, I went to pick up my package. The two women working appeared nice enough, but neither were wearing masks. When I asked about it, I was told that they were given the option as to whether or not to wear masks. Again, WHAT???!! With the virus rates hitting all time marks, and they are given the option?? I have a mask on, apparently more concerned about their health than they are and apparently care more about others than they do. I will be letting Target know that I don't think they would appreciate the service that they are getting from the Sioux Falls UPS.
