In addition to their very thoughtful and hardworking staff, they have the magical folding machine thingie that evidently makes orders go wayyyyy faster than the hand folding done at the big-box office stores -- I know this because I checked. In fact, I started with those big office stores thinking that would be fastest (not discouraged enough by their useless websites) but was told by each of them that it couldn't happen in time because they didn't "currently" have the staff on hand to do all the folding involved in a simple half-page fold. (I was asking for 100 copies of a half-fold flyer, starting seven hours before the end of the day, with the option to pick them up in the early AM of the next day if need be.) I called Express Copy and they A) calmed me down and then B) said of course they could do it, and well before closing time at 530pm! Had a little trouble finding their place, but only because I'm from out-of-town and don't drive very often. Thank you, to Michaela and Ashley in particular! :)

The email response time was quick, and the response was friendly. Had to call to follow up on an online bid I submitted, so if you don't hear back right away, just give them a call and they'll get back to you ASAP. They even handled a last minute pick-up situation for me. Great paper quality and exactly what I needed-- for much less than online services. Only downside is their limited open business hours, so be sure to check those before stopping in. Great local business that I will definitely be returning to!

The gal there gives me all this trouble because I need to email them something I need printed. Basically passive agresses me completely out of the store with a halfhearted apology about corporate rules and whatever. Fedex print has stolen this customer, and my heart. Kirk and Paul smiled. They both asked what brought me in, because they know this is a mundane task and I want to get back to my day off. No one wants to spend 30 minutes in a copy and print center, unless they have a fetish for that noise the printer makes. Kirk handed me a card with their email, and said "no problem." Paul helped me make sure the letterhead fit the letter, then printed the rest and wished me a good day. I watched Kirk assist another customer with a really heavy package, taking it to his car in the rain. Thanks, Kirk, on my behalf, as well as the older gentleman who needed your help, and for another smile and high five on the way out! Thanks Paul, for being friendly and effective so that I don't have to dread getting stuff printed. As a print shop, you probably only get complaints. We do a lot of printing and copying and I get tired of fighting our home printer. Lady working as of 9-25 @9am should be fired…read more I hate to make bad reviews but I specifically asked to overnight a important letter that WAS "GUARANTEED " by her to be there first thing Monday morning , after she gave me two options one being delivery by 10am Monday or 6pm Monday. I chose the 10am , assuming I was being told the correct information. ITS A LIE ! Now my package is being delivered the following day. And I still paid almost $150 for nothing now. And if you think the staff or customer service is helpful you're wrong ! FedEx always gives me the run around , not to mentioned sat on the phone for 4 hours today trying to get help with their website and still no help at all!! I have never had so much trouble with a package in my life !!! Ridiculous and frustrating when it's so expensive as it is ! Never had this issue with UPS , never EVER again.

Now I'm overcharged monthly, and nickel and dimed for every additional action. First I was being charged for blank pages in a scan. Then scans became snapped phone pics...not even lit right, squared up, and printable! It get worse! The company often hires temp people to sort and scan mail...like after holidays, Mondays, or snow days. So who knows who has pics of your personal info on their phone! And then there's the packing. In the notes I asked for 4 pieces of mail to be sent to the same address. No one read the notes and sent me 4 items in 3 mailings...ALL AT $16 A POP! One I was charged a packaging fee for, and it simply had a new shipping label slapped over the old one. Another piece got lost in shipping. Mind you, I choose a trackable shipping method (Usually Fedex Ground) all the time! Neither Anytime Mailbox nor Postal Annex refunded the shipping. FedEx admitted they lost it, but I didn't pay FedEx. The annex erased the assigned tracking number from the action, and customer service sounded like a 5-year old trying to understand what the problem is!! There are a handful of other mail forwarding services in Sioux Falls, and another handful in the rest of the state. DO NOT waste your time with this one...and risk your identity getting stolen!!

Then they take their sweet time to get this service done. Documents were received by them before the weekend. Do they hurry to provide the service? No of course not. Do they get to it first thing Monday morning? Nope , why would they do that ? Instead they get to it on Tuesday. All the documents and info is in their possession .
