The next day, I see the UPS truck parked in front of my building. I watched the driver head over to another building with white slips in his hand....no packages. I decided to talk to the driver who stared me in the eye and said that he does "exactly what I'm supposed to do". He claimed that he knocked at the doors of my two neighbors as well. I told him that I would have heard him, and why wouldn't he put the slip on their door then. BTW, we have cameras in our building, so after feeling even more frustrated with the driver, I talked to the complex owner. He basically told me the same story as I was going to tell him about the driver! So today, I went to pick up my package. The two women working appeared nice enough, but neither were wearing masks. When I asked about it, I was told that they were given the option as to whether or not to wear masks. Again, WHAT???!! With the virus rates hitting all time marks, and they are given the option?? I have a mask on, apparently more concerned about their health than they are and apparently care more about others than they do. I will be letting Target know that I don't think they would appreciate the service that they are getting from the Sioux Falls UPS. Hopefully, it is only the one driver that can look a person straight in the eye and lie (politics in his future??), but that other staff wear masks!!

I called this place for help and got a total blow off, while the delivery driver himself lazily didn't even knock on my door, just wrote a sticker and tagged my door. He was there and gone so fast that I couldn't have made it to the door even if he would have. This place offered no customer service and the woman on the other end of the phone tried to proceed to talk over me while I was trying to get them to contact the distribution center and may contact the driver. Oh no she wanted to talk over me and tell me how much of a dead beat she is by saying she has nothing to do with it. These folks are amazing. I was under a tough deadline (a flyer for a family memorial service) and…read morethey were accommodating and FAST. In addition to their very thoughtful and hardworking staff, they have the magical folding machine thingie that evidently makes orders go wayyyyy faster than the hand folding done at the big-box office stores -- I know this because I checked. In fact, I started with those big office stores thinking that would be fastest (not discouraged enough by their useless websites) but was told by each of them that it couldn't happen in time because they didn't "currently" have the staff on hand to do all the folding involved in a simple half-page fold. (I was asking for 100 copies of a half-fold flyer, starting seven hours before the end of the day, with the option to pick them up in the early AM of the next day if need be.) I called Express Copy and they A) calmed me down and then B) said of course they could do it, and well before closing time at 530pm! Had a little trouble finding their place, but only because I'm from out-of-town and don't drive very often. Thank you, to Michaela and Ashley in particular! :)
