When you file a claim online it always says there's not enough info to file a claim and to call a number, then when you call the number they say sorry you much file your claim online. It's their way of not have to deal with you. UPS is a joke and I will no longer buy from businesses that use UPS for shipping.

The email response time was quick, and the response was friendly. Had to call to follow up on an online bid I submitted, so if you don't hear back right away, just give them a call and they'll get back to you ASAP. They even handled a last minute pick-up situation for me. Great paper quality and exactly what I needed-- for much less than online services. Only downside is their limited open business hours, so be sure to check those before stopping in. Great local business that I will definitely be returning to!
