These people are so nice but they haven't been able to keep up with all the items they take in to repair. They need to say no and catch up on things they can't get done with more and more coming in. They are impossible to get ahold of unless you stop in store. No voicemail; don't answer social. The took a pair of Louboutins to repair 9/22/2023 from me- quoted 4-6 weeks (no worry) I followed up the last week in November- they said yep should be done in a week. Followed up twice in December as I wanted these shoes for NYE- they were out the whole week between Christmas and New Years. I ended up rush overnight air ordering another pair- because getting ahold of anyone is impossible. Finally got ahold of someone after new years and said I just wanted my shoes back- they explained that they'd been sick with COVID and would finish them within a day or two and call so we could get them (that was almost 3 weeks ago) they've had my shoes for more than 18+ weeks at this point.....so long that I have replaced them (they are the classic black pair I wear the most of hence why they needed a little bit of repair on the toe/heel in the first place). At this point I just want my shoes back repaired or not to send to some other repair service....so I stopped at the store to pick up my shoes done or not- AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE MY SHOES AT THE STORE HE HAD TAKEN THEM TO HIS HOUSE SO I COULDN'T EVEN GET MY UNDONE SHOES AFTER 18+ WEEKS read more

I would not recommend this service to anyone. Took my boots there, they took ages to try and repair them, and when I finally just wanted to get them back, fixed or not, they could not find them. They said they would mail them back to me. Guess what? No boots and not a word from them. Very unprofessional and disappointing. read more
