We could increase font size, but it didn't affect the search results size. I called Craig's Computer at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. The gentleman that answered the phone solved my problem in 2 minutes. WHAT? WOW!!! We expected to have to pack up the computer and take it in. He just solved it over the phone - obviously for free.
