My old carrier sent me a bill one time when I had an extra garbage bag on the side of the can. Not A-OK, if I occasionally have an extra bag they just take it and don't complain. I have used them over five years and other companies try to offer a free month to get me to switch - no thanks. You will never have a problem with A-OK and that is really what you want from a garbage carrier. They always on time, same day each week for years now never missed a week. Use this service, you will not be sorry!

We had a layer of dust in the return air vents, and there was still construction debris from when the house was built. Mark answered all my questions and wouldn't let me lift a finger to help move things out of the way of the vents. He replaced our dryer vent hose while he was there and he did the bathroom exhaust fans, one hadn't been working properly, and after he cleaned it, it works great! Mark was honest and helpful, and I highly recommend him.

Last but not least - we had some intense carpet stains from a previous pet that was very ill at his end of life, and the urine stains kept coming back up (gross I know, but true, it's hard to get out of the padding). Now several weeks post-clean, the carpets still look amazing and there are no signs of pet stains, WIN!! Thank you Josh, Christine, and Andrew!
