Yesterday, I got a letter from Novak regarding my bill that is due to them. Today, I got an e-mailed bill. I am NOT a Novak customer. They have no authority to be billing me! I spoke to an agent on the phone, and she said that letter went out to all Ace Garbage customers. I guess they think that they can just bill us, even if we cancelled our garbage service and they are not picking up our trash. I did have Novak years ago. I fired them because they drove by and never picked up the garbage. They billed me then, too. They are running a shady business!

You can't pay with a debit card. They constantly ask for feedback but they do nothing with it. Around 2 months ago when the truck picked up my garbage bin a wheel fell off into the truck. I requested repair (repair request form on their website) and they ignored me. I actually filled it out several times and called it in too. A full 95 gallon bin is heavy and tough to move around when it's missing a wheel. I cancelled my service with WM and they said I would be charged a $75 fee for bin pickup. Yes...$75 to pick up their own bins. Guess what they haven't bothered to pick up...yup...their own bins. They also never bothered to fix the wheel. Stay away from this company. It's not like there isn't a bunch of competition in the area.

My old carrier sent me a bill one time when I had an extra garbage bag on the side of the can. Not A-OK, if I occasionally have an extra bag they just take it and don't complain. I have used them over five years and other companies try to offer a free month to get me to switch - no thanks. You will never have a problem with A-OK and that is really what you want from a garbage carrier. They always on time, same day each week for years now never missed a week. Use this service, you will not be sorry!
