When I look at my bank statement it says I paid $2,400 to Advance Auto for a transmission . Therefore they should reimburse me my money as well as the $1,100 I paid to have it installed . Complete horrible customer service and for this whole process . Now that they've drugged their feet they're trying to tell me I'm out of the 90-day window to be reimbursed for labor. He kept us informed every step of the way. We needed a new compressor and our tech Krystan worked through her lunch to get us back on the road by 2pm. We cannot express how grateful we are.
