I made an appointment to fix the air conditioning in my Yukon, and I drove 1 hour from where I live and, when I arrive at the receptionist, she received me extremely negligently, lack of professionalism, I couldn't stand in front of her for one second more, so thanked her for her negligence and went to look for her competitor, what she said "OKAY" . Arrived at the competitor where I was received very well and with professionalism, he told me that the service would last a media of 2 hours and they left a car for my use at my disposal, for as long as necessary until my car get fixed! I returned home happy with my air conditioning working and happy to be attended with respect and professionalism, I also managed to do other things in Michell, because at the dealership where I bought my car,(VernEid)I would have to sit looking that blonde receptionist waiting 1 or 2 hours until my car get ready!
