Advance Auto has continuously drugged their feet and Shrugged me off as a customer trying to refer me to their transmission rebuild company . Rather than doing the right thing in reimbursing me for the failed product they provided me at their store . When I look at my bank statement it says I paid $2,400 to Advance Auto for a transmission . Therefore they should reimburse me my money as well as the $1,100 I paid to have it installed . Complete horrible customer service and for this whole process . Now that they've drugged their feet they're trying to tell me I'm out of the 90-day window to be reimbursed for labor. Although the case number and the claim is clearly dated to the day that I got the truck from the shop and it broke down . Companies need to do better .. especially multi-billion dollar companies .

We broke down on Memorial Day weekend, so we weren't able to get help until the following Tuesday. Dan was kind enough to squeeze us in as soon as he could at 8:30 AM that Tuesday and we were back on the road by 11:30 AM. They even had free cookies and waters available which we, of course, had to take for our trip! We made it to Rapid City and back to Indiana without any other issues.
