Rather than doing the right thing in reimbursing me for the failed product they provided me at their store . When I look at my bank statement it says I paid $2,400 to Advance Auto for a transmission . Therefore they should reimburse me my money as well as the $1,100 I paid to have it installed . Complete horrible customer service and for this whole process . Now that they've drugged their feet they're trying to tell me I'm out of the 90-day window to be reimbursed for labor. Although the case number and the claim is clearly dated to the day that I got the truck from the shop and it broke down . Companies need to do better .. especially multi-billion dollar companies .

Didn't think much of it but as I was test driving it, it reaked like burning oil. I asked mark about it and he assured me it was residual oil from having it serviced and he would have them wash it down. I agree, buy the car and let than 6 months later massive coolant leak. I take it in and a shop quotes me 4k for oil leak and new radiator. I spend about another 2 grand on oil, wipers, tires, and what not. Last month the ac stopped working and the last week the air suspension craps out. I take it in and ask if they could tell me what's going on with the suspension. Brice agrees and I get a call with a quote of over 14k worth of repairs. I talk with Mark and explain what's going on and he says that I bought it "as is". I drive to get my jeep from SF and when I get there brice tells me it will be $200 for get my car back and I tell him he never told me I would have to pay 200 and I couldn't until Friday. We pulled into the service center with no appointment. They were busy. It was 1030am. We explained our situation. Rod was our service advisor and he made sure he got the truck looked at. He kept us informed every step of the way. We needed a new compressor and our tech Krystan worked through her lunch to get us back on the road by 2pm. We cannot express how grateful we are.
