We attended a birthday party at MyGym. It was very well organized with instructer-led activities including an indoor mini zip line! There were also other obstacle courses and a trampoline so kids were engaged and had a lot of fun throughout. Definitely recommend MyGym for booking birthday parties! read more

My Gym is a wonderful place for kids. Over the years my son had 2 birthday parties (2018 and 2019) , attended baby classes and now years later attends the Ninja class. The facility is clean and spacious. Their coaches are awesome! My son has attended My Gym since 2017 and now my daughter is a member too, taking their pre-ballet class. They are very reasonably priced for the classes and open read more

We have been going to My Gym since my son was 7 months old. JJ is now 2.5 years, and we still love attending classes. I highly recommend this play gym! It is such a wonderful, nurturing, and fun place for your kids. All the teachers LOVE their job and the owner Ms. Olga has such a passion for children and their development. Their classes continuously have new programming and new toys, and I can honestly say that each class has been different. They offer parents night out events, camps for days when daycare/school will be closed, and special parties for events like Easter, Mother's Day, Halloween, etc. It's been such a joy to see JJ grow and thrive, and we really feel at home here. JJ asks to go to the "gym" ALL the time to see Ms. Olga, Ms. Marci, Ms. Christina, and Ms. Sierra, and after attending their Memorial Day camp, JJ said, "I love it here!" If you are looking for a place to take your child and have fun, come here. You won't regret it! read more

Ava had so much fun today celebrating her 3 rd birthday here. The girls working today were so helpful setting up, cutting the cake and the clean up. The customized party fit Ava's personality perfectly. The kids all had a ball. The girls made her party so fun! All the parents talked about My Gym being such a fun place. Thank you for a great party! read more

the facility is nice, however, customer service and their online portal are terrible! I had to book by calling because their portal wouldn't allow me to schedule classes. I also cancelled my membership over the phone but the company refused to honor the cancellation. The next month they charged my card 9 times and I had to spend all morning getting their attention as to the duplicative charges. They would not honor the cancellation or provide any classes as an alternative so they took money for zero services. Poor customer service read more

Do not do a trial!!!! Horrible customer service. The owner was extremely aggressive and rude. We did the trial and since we didn't cancel our card was charged $149 for 3 months and a refund was refused! Warning! Stay away! It's a shame to have such a horrible customer service for a children's place. read more

My Gym was a godsend to us when we moved here from NYC Metro at the start of the pandemic with a toddler. We were able to book private play dates at a reasonable price and safely let our toddler play inside and develop gross motor skills with our small pod. We were so grateful for it, especially during the hot summer days! They recently switched owners and I'm happy to say that the new owners are equally great! They are super accommodating and able to provide a great indoor space for kids to play! We recently had a private play date with a group of 2-3 year olds, as well as an 8 year old sibling and they all had a great time. read more

AWESOME place! LOVE everything here! Best staff! Great class! Definitely beat Gymboree! read more

My daughter attended the Ninja Training class and absolutely loved it. She was obsessed with the amazing coaches who seemed to genuinely care and try to make every kid feel special. Her favorite coaches were coach Bryan, coach Heather, and coach Brianna. This class was fun and creative obstacle courses, gymnastics, and yoga. They even include a kid power minute at the end where they discuss important topics kids should know like what to do in emergency situations and anti bullying. If you're looking for a clean safe place for your kid to play, learn, and make new friends I definitely recommend My Gym Austin! read more

We recently celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday at My Gym, and all of the kiddos had the most amazing time! While organizing the party, the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive, and made the planning completely stress free! The facility was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better location to celebrate her special day! read more

I bought a package that included a free month of classes in February 2020, right before Covid became a problem. The owner would not reimburse me, but promised that the free month would never expire. Now I'm trying to use the free month and I'm being told they will not honor it. I cannot support a business with bad customer service. read more

My husband found this place from an online search (we are from out of town but we're visiting for a wedding this weekend). We have a newly turned one year old and soon to be 3 year old and they loved it. Our one year old can walk and was having a grand time climbing up and down stairs, ramps, ladders and into the ball pit while our almost 3 year old rode the little car, swung on the bars and jumped on the trampoline. It was a grand time. Clean and the other parents and kids were really nice too! read more

Our 18 month old liked the classes and had lot of fun. The facility is nice and well kept. We had some confusion related to enrollment fees but it was resolved promptly by the management. So definitely recommend trying this place out. read more

disappointing customer service. Ended my membership before we even used. decided to try it out because Rollie Pollie is currently shut down due to COVID. We LOVE ROLLIE POLLIE kid gym in Bee Caves. Thought this would work just as well for our kids, doesn't even compare. read more

I can't recommend this place enough. The classes are an hour long - perfect for my toddler. The instructors are enthusiastic and engaging. The activities are exciting and varied for the kids. The entire layout is changed weekly to make it new and fun for the children. To make a sweet deal even better, this location has an "Active Play" area, meaning you can bring your enrolled child in during non class times and they can play freely. Equipment is mostly cleaned weekly, but the ball pit is cleaned monthly. This isn't nearly enough. My only other issue is the wooden play structure. Often there are other things placed right up against it, which makes it difficult to run around the structure and grab your kid right before they land on their head after falling off the top rung, which is about 6' high. You can't reach through the play structure to stop them from climbing where you can't catch them in case of a fall if stuff is blocking you. Otherwise, these are minor issues. We will keep coming back. It's fun for us both. read more

Fin little gym for little kids. My toddler went to birthday party here and had a blast.

This place is pretty great. We went here for a 3 year old's birthday party this past weekend and my little girl (16 months) had a pretty good time. They assigned our group two coaches that lead the kids in all sorts of activities. The coaches were every attentive and learned the kids names so fast. My kid was a little too young for the structured activities, but they had all kinds of stuff for her to distract herself while everyone else played. They had ramps to climb, a ball pit, mats to jump around on, tunnels to crawl through and all kinds of balls to bounce, throw and roll around. They made the birthday girl feel very special and had everyone wish her a happy birthday several times throughout the event. Toward the end, they brought the birthday girl out on a sled with balloons and had her wear a crown and pink boa. She had the biggest smile on her face and looked like she had the best birthday ever! My one issue is that, although very clean, it seemed cluttered. They have a bunch of equipment I feel they push to the side and isn't neatly put away. This, at times, made it hard to get to some of the stuff during the free play time. read more

We love this place! My daughter(3) and my son(5) both attend classes here. I have been very impressed with the workers and how quickly they learn and remember the kids names. I like how they encourage independence with the kids too. And then there's the bonus of the free play area that you can go take your kids to anytime of the day. They have all the same equipment in the free play area that they do on the side with classes. My kids love playing there and have yet to get tired of it. read more

My boss asked me to book her 5 year old a birthday party the week before the weekend she wanted it. It was challenging to find an open space anywhere and I'm *so* glad My Gym came to the rescue! They had one more slot available. From the start over the phone they were very professional, caring and courteous. We picked the more expensive of the two packages and it was totally worth it! All we had to bring was a cake. They had *everything* else we needed for the party and the 5 year old was even able to choose a theme for her party decorations. The staff at the party was excellent and the party was a success. Thanks so much, My Gym!! read more

Brought my preschooler here on a Friday to play. He had such a great time! It was $8 to play for the day and we were allowed to leave for lunch and come back. The play space was a good size and there was hardly anyone there with the exception of right after a class let out. There's a trampoline, a ball pit, slides, bars, and plenty of things to climb on. The class side is amazing!! We had to opportunity to try out one of their programs that is on Friday afternoons (a semi-organized play group) and it was great! My toddler had a blast. It's too far for us to sign up for classes, but we will definitely go again to play. read more

We love my gym! I don't know if I would recommend a membership... we just swing in about once a week to burn some energy off of our 1 year old since it's so hot outside and we feel cooped up at home! $10 a visit ain't bad! read more

We can't say enough good things about My Gym of Austin! The family I nanny for enrolled their son in the Waddler's class, and I had the pleasure of accompanying him to class on many occasions. (And whenever I did, he could not be more excited to go to "gym class" as we call it!) The curriculum is incredibly well-suited for the age range (in this case 23 months and under) with the perfect balance of structured exercises and free time to explore the gym. The playdates are a wonderful offering as well, especially on super hot and/or rainy days. And finally, this review would not be complete if I didn't acknowledge how wonderful the owner, Celestina, is! She is so warm and welcoming, and she has been so receptive and helpful with any questions that arise. She works so hard to create a safe, clean, and bright environment for families in the Austin community, and she has definitely found life-long customers and advocates of her business in us! read more

Our 23-month-old has been going to my gym for about three months now. We definitely recommend it. She climbs over everything now without fear. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing sometimes. But we are at a park right now and another mother just commented that our daughter climbed up the little ladder without any issues and she was very impressed. Our daughter loves it and so do we. Definitely recommended read more

My 3 year old loves this place, so I do too. The teachers are warm and know how to deal with toddlers. The space is really big and there's plenty to do to wear a little monkey out. I love that the free play area is always available and that they change the configuration weekly. I only wish I had discovered it sooner. When we first moved to Austin, we spent 6 months at Little Gym and it wasn't a positive experience. My Gym is great. Only problem is getting my munchkin to leave. read more

My 21 month old daughter loves this place. She doesn't take classes but goes for the free play they offer when classes are not in session. The equipment is safe for even young toddlers to play on and it is a clean and inviting environment for all ages. Looking for something to do when it is too hot to play outside?? Visit My Gym-I promise, it won't be the only time you visit it. My daughter would spend every day of the week in there if we let her :) read more

We love this place! It's clean, safe, and the staff is very friendly. It's definitely worth the membership if you plan on going a few times a month. read more

The active-play area is great for my 2 YO twins. HOWEVER, the pricing strategy is a racket. We paid a $75 membership fee, and were previously paying an addl $5 per visit, per child. Now, just a month after paying the $75 membership fee, we have to pay $7 per visit, per child. If you have a membership at a gym, shouldn't entrance be free? I regret getting the membership and am considering hiring legal representation to help us get our $75 "non refundable" membership fee refunded. read more

My son has been going to My Gym since he was 10 months old. He loves it and we love it!! The instructors are great and the owner is a sweetheart. The other parents and kids in his class are very nice. I LOVE that Free Play is open all of the time - great place to go in-between places (if/when needed). We also had our son's First Birthday party there and it was GREAT!!! Everyone was wonderful to "work" with, they made everything we wanted a reality, everyone had a fun time (kids of ALL ages), and my husband and I got to enjoy our baby boy's special day (because there was little/no prep on that day and no clean-up). Yay!! read more

My son is 11 month a old and we are always looking for places with drop in free play. This place is great! $20/month to come and go as you please is an awesome option for us! They change the set up of the play area weekly so it is always interesting and new for my little guy. The staff also make a great effort to keep things clean. The fact that they are friendly and greet him by name is an added bonus and nice touch. As soon as my son can walk I will likely enroll him in classes, too. This was a great find! read more

We went to birthday party at My Gym yesterday. It was probably one of the best kid's parties we've attended. Our daughter (& all the other kids there) had a fabulous time from start to finish. The 2 enthusiastic instructors kept the kids engaged and entertained with several activities. They even served the kids food & put all the gifts in large bags to make them easier to transport. We loved that there were a variety of areas/activities...ball pit, trampolines, monkey bars, zip line, rock climbing wall, parachute, slides... read more

The teachers here are awesome! Coaches Curt and Tabitha made my son feel welcome during his first class here. They were even able to get my fiercely independent not always a group participant 3.5 year old to join circle time and participate (no small feat!). Great place for consistent gym class. Great staff and coaches. Basic, but consistent. They change up the configuration of the equipment every week or so, to give some variety. Pricing is average, but if you enroll in a weekly class, you can have unlimited free play time. read more

My Gym SAVED me last summer! The facility is very clean, bright, & inviting, and the instructors are awesome with the kids! It's well worth the price to join a class. My only complaint is that sometimes the parents are very chatty and distracting while the kids are in class, which makes it difficult for the children and their coaches to stay focused. read more

This is my second birthday year in a row here with my niece and it was better than last time. It's such a small place but they have do many activities and so many different ways to use what they have. The kids always have smiles on their faces and they stay entertained. The instructors are great with the kids and you can tell they love what they do. I think the price for a1 hour party is a little much but other than that I would highly recommend it! read more

My son loves to come and play at My Gym every week. The staff/team/coaches are all friendly and interact with the children well. I have been taking our one-year-old son to My Gym for the classes and love them. The coaches are very friendly and engaged and get to know the children well. (I have appreciated the consistency of the staff too.) I think the fun and interesting classes have helped develop my son's curiosity and mobility. I appreciate that the active play is included in membership. The active play area is a little crowded with equipment (my only frustration) but otherwise I think this is a great, reasonably priced activity for kids. read more

Where to begin? They are awesome. We've been taking our toddler to classes at My Gym for about 8 months and my daughter looks forward to going every week. She's learned a ton of new skills which makes us more comfortable on the playground outside of MyGym. It has helped with socialization skills like waiting in line, independence, encouraging others to do well, etc. The instructors are well-trained mostly 20-somethings who enjoy working with the kids. Most of whom look like they are active themselves so they are good role models. The instructors are very encouraging and use age-appropriate language and don't force kids to do something they don't want to. They are great at detecting when someone is uncomfortable with an activity as well. Most important to us, is the fact that the activities are not competitive. The only pressure is to have a good time. Recently we went to another b-day party at a gymnastics studio and we got to see the polar opposite. The event was run by 18-19 y/o's who did not seem to know a lot about working with kids except for their after-school job. Forget about age-appropriate language, having age-appropriate activities or watching for disaster, it was pretty scary! So after that, I got double-confirmation that MyGym is the place for us. There's no doubt in my mind that it's worth hopping in for the free class to see if it is for your child. read more
