Nachos were well priced but I wasn't a huge fan. The chips seemed stale & I was disappointed that it was just cheddar cheese sauce & no shredded cheeses. New chips and a different kind of cheese would be helpful! Pizza was...not good. It didn't seem fresh at all, unfortunately. Possibly previously frozen? Prepackaged somehow? Maybe down the road we'll attempt one of their subs, hoping for a better result.

We got home to find the "salad" was a dish of nothing but chicken. So my husband called in order to resolve the issue. After the girl who answered hung up on him, he called back to speak to the manager. At this point, he told the manager that she had hung up on him, and the manager said, "well you called her a b----h." He did not, in fact, call her any names. He told the manager that this was a lie. He was told he could come and get it or get a refund. In this area, it is not unusual to have to drive 5-10 miles just to go to one of very few restaurants. He chose the refund, but our family member who was so looking forward to a salad didn't get to eat tonight. I've had great customer service. I don't expect that in this area. I'm happy with civil.
