We tried a pepperoni pizza, nachos & breadsticks with nacho cheese. Loved the breadsticks and have had those several times. Soft, garlicky, and I love the dipping cheese sauce. Nachos were well priced but I wasn't a huge fan. The chips seemed stale & I was disappointed that it was just cheddar cheese sauce & no shredded cheeses. New chips and a different kind of cheese would be helpful! Pizza was...not good. It didn't seem fresh at all, unfortunately. Possibly previously frozen? Prepackaged somehow? Maybe down the road we'll attempt one of their subs, hoping for a better result.

This was formerly Mike's Pizza & Subs…read more We had gotten a large pepperoni & onion pizza and cheese bread. The pizza seemed underdone? I couldn't quite put my finger on it. But the toppings slid right off the pizza... literally onto the floor. The bread was pretty good! Loved all the cheese but it seemed almost a bit salty? Like, garlic salty? I think it needed a bit of seasoning on top... something green, basil... parsley? Knowing that the business had opened fairly recently, we knew to give them some grace. However, when we contacted the owner... They just said they were getting used to a new oven- no offer to give us a discount, a refund or anything else. Several weeks later, we decided to skip the pizza but try their nachos. We are always on the look out for a good plate of nachos. These were quite possibly the worst nachos we've ever paid for. The toppings were only on the top layer of extremely salty chips. I actually added a few toppings that I had on hand to try and spruce them up. They were so bland, no love was put into these! They get so many rave reviews on facebook, so we were hopeful, but we've been super disappointed.

We have tried them all. Today I did an extra cheese pizza and it was great. Sauce was good, cheese was good, crust was good. I wish it was done a little darker but my whole family was loving it. To be honest I went there with a skeptical attitude and little hope of coming away with a good dinner. I was wrong. Friendly staff too! Mark.

We ordered a pizza and their famous breadsticks (literally our favorite in town for years!) and we didn't enjoy the pizza. It just wasn't our favorite texture/flavor... and the breadsticks were overcooked, hard & crunchy. They also forgot the nacho cheese sauce. A few weeks later we gave them another shot- subs and breadsticks. They gave us a half order of sticks instead of the full order we had paid for- and forgot the cheese sauce again. They had us wait for a fresh 5 breadsticks to be made. Thankfully the second batch was soft because the first batch, which my husband specifically asked to not be overdone... were in fact, overdone. My sub had hardly any toppings on it at all. I kid you not, it seemed like I was literally just eating bread. My husband thought his sub was pretty good, a cubano, although the bread was overdone. The pick-up window where cars pull up is way too high. Like awkwardly so.

The customer service could use a lot of retraining here…read more They normally have pretty great pizza, but the service is with a growl most days. Tonight we ordered online, 3 pizzas and a salad. We got home to find the "salad" was a dish of nothing but chicken. So my husband called in order to resolve the issue. After the girl who answered hung up on him, he called back to speak to the manager. At this point, he told the manager that she had hung up on him, and the manager said, "well you called her a b----h." He did not, in fact, call her any names. He told the manager that this was a lie. He was told he could come and get it or get a refund. In this area, it is not unusual to have to drive 5-10 miles just to go to one of very few restaurants. He chose the refund, but our family member who was so looking forward to a salad didn't get to eat tonight. I've had great customer service. I don't expect that in this area. I'm happy with civil. Being hung up on, and then accused of this - well, that's c--p.
