Left my appointment about 5 hours ago, and everything went great!…read more I had read some reviews and wasn't quite sure, but the few negative reviews didn't seem to add up in comparison to the positive. I needs to have a root canal, and couldn't get any to give me an appointment until July....crazy! So o reached out to Dr. Shepherd's office and they could get me in within the week. The staff was very friendly over the phone and in person. Dr. Shepherd was very pleasant as well, answered all my questions, and made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing a root canal.

The date finally arrived and guess what happens?! One, as I walk into the dental office I tripped and caugth myself from falling. The lady at the front desk apologized and then acknowledged knowing the entry way needed repair, and how it had happened to others. - 'Excuse me! What did you say?' Second, after checking in and waiting to be called. I'm asked to the front desk and once again the young lady apolizes saying "You don't need a consulation today with the Periodontist, rather first you need a teeth cleaning with the hygienist". So I said "Okay, that's fine. I'm ready whenever they call me to the back." The lady said "No, we have to schedule for the hygentist several weeks out..." I told her "You must be kidding. I turned down work today and spent my time and gas to get here, and almost fell and you're telling me I can't be seen for several week?!l" All I got was "Sorry". The office is really nice and modern. The staff is AMAZING. They were able to get me a new crown in less than 2 weeks to replace a crown I had done in California (which was improperly fitted and causing a lot of sensitivity) . My new crown is great, no sensitivity or issues flossing, and I can finally chew on that side of my mouth again! Dr. Johnson & all the staff at Premier are the best and I absolutely recommend their business.
