Dr. Dickinson is very nice and considerate. As someone who is very afraid of the dentist she has…read moredone everything possible to put me at ease and comfortable on each of my visits. Would definitely recommend!

My dentist retired so i'm having to look for a new one…read more I had a implant put in and it failed due to a massive infection. So now instead of a implant i have to have a bridge done. I went in to get a teeth cleaning as that was priority one since it had been 3 years prior. This way a new dentist could see everything more clear. The cleaning went great and the dentist seemed to be a good fit with her information she gave me that i had already been given from previous dentist. I had to set up another appointment to look at the rest of my issues because she didn't have enough time that day. so i got my price for the bridge 7600 which i have no problem with except one small part which i planed to ask her about and resceduled to today to plan the rest. Now a crown includes impression to make it.Grind the tooth down. Make a temp crown.Remove temp and guma, cement, place new crown.basically all labor and installation materials.and the new crown itself.1000 to 1400 is fair prices.they came in at 1200 so price is fine. So i went in today to do the 2nd part and get a scedule for the teeth that needed to be fixxed asap so as not to lose them. Everything went fine and i agreed with the plan. Where things went bad is when i tested her character by asking that simple question. IF A CROWN INCLUDES ALL LABOR, MATERIAL. THEN WHY WOULD I PAY FULL PRICE FOR THE BRIDGE SECTION THAT REQUIRES NO TOOTH LABOR.WHY PAY 1200 FOR A SECTION THAT DOESN'T HAVE ANY LABOR OR CEMENTS ETC. IF ANYTHING IT SHOULD BE THE SAME PRICE AS A IMPLANT WHICH IS TYPICALLY 700 ABOUT HALF OF A FULL CROWN. Instead of being professional she got mad and lashed out.I said it was very dishonest that you would try to convince me its your suppliers fault as they make the prices.Instead of taking ownership that its YOUR practice and you set labor prices not YOUR supplier. I never raised my voice, i was calm and regular volume. I would never cheat or pass the blame to any of my customers and id expect the same from others to me. she started raising her voice and telling me i can go anywhere else .I don't have to choose her.which of corse i said i agree and will be doing just that,i don't deal with dishonest people. She then said good i'm glad, imagine having to deal with you everyday. She muttered some other curse words under her breath as she walked away. Lol she got so mad over being confronted over something so small in the grand scheme of proly 20k i was ready to spend with her to finish my teeth plan. Instead of just saying sorry and adjusting HER price maybe 500 dollars of a 7600 plan or even just saying that's what i charge and i'm not changing it. id have been ok with it and sceduled. Not taking accountability and trying to blame it on supplier that makes the crowns. But instead she got mad, loud, rude and insulting me , it shows i asked the correct question to see what type of character she has. Staff was pleasant both times i went office is clean and it seems like a nice place. But when the main boss has anger issues like she displayed over something simple go at your your own risk .Imagine her roid rage popping off while she has sharp objects in your mouth.

I've been with this dentist for several years. I decided months ago that I was going to be finding…read moreanother dentist, because my experience with them has been terrible this year. However, the crown that was put on at MDS less than six months ago fell out and it was suggested that I go back to let them fix it to avoid paying out of pocket. I should have just paid the money. The appointment was made for noon. Apparently the doctor takes his lunch at noon. Has anybody told the people who set appointments? Why are appointments being made for when the doctor is not in the building? Why is the doctor not checking his schedule before leaving to see if he has a patient waiting? After the hygienist/assisstant did as much as she could do without the doctor present, she let the doctor know I was waiting. He was already out at lunch, but she said he'd be back within 10 minutes. I sat there for another hour and a half before he came strolling in, no care in the world for the fact that I had been waiting for a total of two hours at that point. Just a "well I take lunch at noon" as if it was MY FAULT the appointment was scheduled at that time. Not only that, while I was waiting nobody came in to see how I was doing or provide an update. It's almost as if I was forgotten about. I've never had a GREAT experience here, but they've been okay enough and the studio is close to my house. The hoops I've jumped through this year, though, had definitely already turned me off completely. Today's experience just reified my decision to never come back. If this crown falls off again, I'll just pay out of my pocket to get it fixed this time (and maybe then I won't have anymore issues with it).

Warning don't go to this dentistry. I had three appointments over a 7 months period. They canceled…read moreall three of them while I was standing in the office at the time I was to be seen didn't let me know ahead of time so I lost my time and money getting off work and gas getting there ON TIME for all 3 appointments, to be canceled, with me standing in their office without any warning, no call no nothing just cancel without any thought of me and what it took for me to get off work and be there on time. They make patients pay a fee when they don't show up for their appointments. Maybe it's time we start making people like them. Pay us for them wasting our time.

The Plan stated I…read morewould return for a consultation with the Periodontist which tends to book quickly because she's in the office a few times a week; bottom line I had to wait a while before my scheduled date. The date finally arrived and guess what happens?! One, as I walk into the dental office I tripped and caugth myself from falling. The lady at the front desk apologized and then acknowledged knowing the entry way needed repair, and how it had happened to others. - 'Excuse me! What did you say?' Second, after checking in and waiting to be called. I'm asked to the front desk and once again the young lady apolizes saying "You don't need a consulation today with the Periodontist, rather first you need a teeth cleaning with the hygienist". So I said "Okay, that's fine. I'm ready whenever they call me to the back." The lady said "No, we have to schedule for the hygentist several weeks out..." I told her "You must be kidding. I turned down work today and spent my time and gas to get here, and almost fell and you're telling me I can't be seen for several week?!l" All I got was "Sorry". I've never been to a dentist office that was so unprofessional and did not value their patients' time.
