While I was on my way, I was called again and asked to move it to 4:45 PM, which I also agreed to. While on my way a second time, the appointment was canceled entirely. Today, September 22, 2026, I received a call at 9:43 AM asking if I could come in at 1:00 PM. I agreed once again. Due to traffic, I arrived and checked in at 1:21 PM, only to be turned away and told that Dr. Taylor could not see me due to the office's grace period policy. Given that I accommodated multiple last-minute schedule changes and cancellations on your end over the past two days, I find it extremely inconsiderate that no flexibility was extended to me upon my arrival. My husband remained a long-term patient, but after his recent experience, he is leaving as well.Last April, my husband had a crown placed that was noticeably lighter than the rest of his teeth. When he pointed out the mismatched color, the technician dismissed his concern by claiming the material would eventually stain. They handed him a mirror and asked if he could see it when he smiled. While he could not see it with a normal smile, it was highly noticeable when he pulled his lip down. The dentist then came in, asked the same question, and insisted you couldn't see it rather than actually fixing the mistake. To make matters worse, I recently discovered an undisclosed $100 charge from that same visit. The amount he paid at the counter did not match our insurance company's Explanation of Benefits (EOB). When I called to ask about the discrepancy, the staff member was rude, defensive, and refused to listen. She claimed the $100 fee was for "upgraded materials" that they intentionally do not bill to insurance. It is frustrating that they completely neglected to ask him if he even wanted this unbillable upgrade, as he never would have agreed to it. They simply slipped this fee into his paperwork without any clear, verbal disclosure. Charging patients for unrequested upgrades, delivering sub par dental work, and treating concerned family members with hostility is unacceptable. Please check your teeth and your insurance EOBs closely if you use this office.

I went in to get a teeth cleaning as that was priority one since it had been 3 years prior.This way a new dentist could see everything more clear. Now a crown includes impression to make it.Grind the tooth down. Make a temp crown.Remove temp and guma, cement, place new crown.basically all labor and installation materials.and the new crown itself.1000 to 1400 is fair prices.they came in at 1200 so price is fine. So i went in today to do the 2nd part and get a scedule for the teeth that needed to be fixxed asap so as not to lose them. Everything went fine and i agreed with the plan. Where things went bad is when i tested her character by asking that simple question. IF A CROWN INCLUDES ALL LABOR, MATERIAL. THEN WHY WOULD I PAY FULL PRICE FOR THE BRIDGE SECTION THAT REQUIRES NO TOOTH LABOR.WHY PAY 1200 FOR A SECTION THAT DOESN'T HAVE ANY LABOR OR CEMENTS ETC. IF ANYTHING IT SHOULD BE THE SAME PRICE AS A IMPLANT WHICH IS TYPICALLY 700 ABOUT HALF OF A FULL CROWN. Instead of being professional she got mad and lashed out.I said it was very dishonest that you would try to convince me its your suppliers fault as they make the prices.Instead of taking ownership that its YOUR practice and you set labor prices not YOUR supplier.
