Left my appointment about 5 hours ago, and everything went great!…read more I had read some reviews and wasn't quite sure, but the few negative reviews didn't seem to add up in comparison to the positive. I needs to have a root canal, and couldn't get any to give me an appointment until July....crazy! So o reached out to Dr. Shepherd's office and they could get me in within the week. The staff was very friendly over the phone and in person. Dr. Shepherd was very pleasant as well, answered all my questions, and made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing a root canal.

The doctor took one look at him and says oh no we don't do crown retreatments. He's dumbfounded because that's literally what he told the front desk girl and she still scheduled him and then FORCED him under threat to pay, despite her not knowing what services they even provide.
