If I could give zero stars I would…read more I would not recommend this dentist based on my experience. I had fillings done that were not completed properly, and I continued to experience pain afterward. I returned to the office multiple times to report the pain and discomfort, but my concerns were not adequately addressed. Rather than identifying the actual cause, I felt my symptoms were dismissed, and the problem remained unresolved. After seeking a second opinion from another dentist, I learned that the fillings had not been done correctly and needed to be completely replaced. The new dentist also identified the source of the pain based on my X-rays, which had not been correctly diagnosed during my visits to this office. Unfortunately, I was not the only one in my family to have this experience. Another family member also had fillings completed here that ultimately had to be replaced by a different dentist due to poor workmanship. I understand that no dentist is perfect, but I expect concerns about ongoing pain to be taken seriously and for X-rays to be interpreted accurately when diagnosing the cause of a patient's symptoms. My experience resulted in unnecessary pain, additional dental work, and extra expense that could have been avoided.

The office is really nice and modern. The staff is AMAZING. They were able to get me a new crown in less than 2 weeks to replace a crown I had done in California (which was improperly fitted and causing a lot of sensitivity) . My new crown is great, no sensitivity or issues flossing, and I can finally chew on that side of my mouth again! Dr. Johnson & all the staff at Premier are the best and I absolutely recommend their business.

On September 21, 2026, my 8:00 AM appointment was rescheduled because Dr. Taylor was having vehicle issues. I was asked to move my appointment to 1:30 PM, to which I agreed. While I was on my way, I was called again and asked to move it to 4:45 PM, which I also agreed to. While on my way a second time, the appointment was canceled entirely. Today, September 22, 2026, I received a call at 9:43 AM asking if I could come in at 1:00 PM. I agreed once again. Due to traffic, I arrived and checked in at 1:21 PM, only to be turned away and told that Dr. Taylor could not see me due to the office's grace period policy. Given that I accommodated multiple last-minute schedule changes and cancellations on your end over the past two days, I find it extremely inconsiderate that no flexibility was extended to me upon my arrival. They are hard to get on the phone also. When I show up after taking time off from work, all they do is reschedule. I called corporate in December, after the 2nd time it happened. They said they'd have someone call me. I finally got a call from the office manager in late February after calling corporate and the location again. When I called to schedule a new appointment (this is still from what I was supposed to have done in November), I was told that I'd have to have a totally different service since I hadn't been seen in 6 months. Um, it was 6 months because they kept canceling.
