When I called about it I was told that they did not have enough time to get the prior authorization prior to my procedure and they would not do an appeal to my insurance company. I refused to pay it. 14 years later they have turned me over to collections. I have had no communication from them since 2011. I advised the young lady at the collection agency - Syncon - that I would not be paying this and that Dentfirst is breaking the law as the statute of limitations have expired - it's 6 years in Georgia. Contact me again and you'll be talking to my attorney. Oh and instead of collection agency calling me they called my 71 year old brother who has Parkinson's and was very upset by the call.

They are hard to get on the phone also. When I show up after taking time off from work, all they do is reschedule. I called corporate in December, after the 2nd time it happened. They said they'd have someone call me. I finally got a call from the office manager in late February after calling corporate and the location again. When I called to schedule a new appointment (this is still from what I was supposed to have done in November), I was told that I'd have to have a totally different service since I hadn't been seen in 6 months. Um, it was 6 months because they kept canceling.
