It felt like the pictures were edited to look much better and like they were of a different, nicer room. The bathtub that was shown in the listing wasn't there, and the AC in the photos was not the same and wasn't updated. Check-in was also a problem. We were given the wrong door code and had to call and wait about 20 minutes to get in, which caused a big time inconvenience because we were trying to get to an event. Once we got inside, the condition and cleanliness were unacceptable. The entire place smelled like mold/mildew and the room felt wet/damp. The sheets smelled like a dog, and there was hair all over the floor/ground. The front door was dirty like people had been kicking it. The whole place felt like it was "glued together," and the paint job was awful -- everything looked completely painted over with drips everywhere. The kitchen island was also unstable and felt like it was about to tip over. There were maintenance issues too. The water would not get very hot, and the cabinets were damaged/eaten up at the bottom. On top of that, there was pest control happening the day of our stay with no warning, which made the whole experience even worse. I also have safety concerns. The electrical panel/breakers look extremely outdated and at this point feel like a hazard. Would not trip during a fire and need to be replaced Because the listing was misleading, the unit was dirty, and there were multiple maintenance and safety issues, we left early and booked a different place down the road. Wasted almost 400 dollars for 2 days. AVOID!

The solar heated pool was a welcome asset and we make good use of it after many long days of sightseeing. A car is essential if you want to visit the attractions in and around Cape Coral. Fort Myers, Myromar Shopping Outlets and Restaurants, as well as Sanibel Island are just some of the attractions and are just over an hour's drive away. Do not rent from Natalia Ros or Miami Vacation Rentals. Photo misrepresented the reality of the…read morespace. Maybe the unit looked that pristine once, but it certainly does not now. They own tons of these properties and it isn't clear that it's Miami Vacation Rentals until they send a contract and you've already paid, so if you see Natalia or Silvia as a host in Miami, run. The toilet seat revealed dried urine. That says the space had not been cleaned. There's rust from neglect everywhere, bathroom floors, metal mirror, bathroom countertops, on top of the tub. Tiles are literally missing near the laundry. The WORST paintjob we've ever seen, like a bad DIY, revealing chipping and peeling paint and erosion due to humidity that never got fixed, all in the doorways and hallways. The toilets only flush 1/3 of the time and the 2nd toilet didn't flush at all when we arrived. Maintenance came and resolved the issue for just one of them; the other is insanely weak and they think they can fix it by putting up a placard warning you not to put random objects on it. Meanwhile it won't flush a single square of toilet paper. The kicker? It's in such disrepair the smoke detector is faulty and went off, while we were asleep, in the middle of the night, triggering alarms on the entire floor of the W residences. W Security had to inspect the unit, saw no smoke or fire, and had to disable the detector because it was unresponsive to even. changing the batteries. And they, in corporate speak, denied the whole thing. Everytime we pointed something out they would act like it's our job to show evidence instead of just sending someone over to handle it. Or act like we're lying because we didn't spot all this the second we arrived. They even insisted nothing was wrong with the detector despite W security being adamant about the need to replace it. They're slumlords infesting luxury buildings and not taking care of their units. Their spaces look like someone poor won the lottery, bought a condo at the W, and never learned how to take care of it or ran out of money so it fell into disrepair. Ghetto. They'll use all the corporate language to do the bare minimum and then expect respect in the face of disrespect. We informed them we would be handling this with a review since they were handling this so poorly and we no longer trusted them to come into our unit while we were out. And get this - when we left the negative review on Airbnb, their response was that we made the whole thing up to get a refund. A refund which we never actually asked for. Lol. We merely asked for them to make our dreadful experience right and rectify the situation. Natalie Ros and Miami Vacation Rentals are shady, should not be in business, and we have already shared our experiences with a network of companies to ensure they never sign contracts or rent accommodations from this company.
