When you enter you are greeted with beautiful plants and an orange bicycle, a business area to the left, the front desk to the right, and directly in the center a full bar. The check in was easy and efficient (which I love btw); the room was small and clean but had a great use of the space. The room had a desk in the corner a mini fridge with snacks and alcohol available for purchase. There was a closet that included the most comfortable robes! The bed was heavenly I literally spent an entire day laying in the Bed watching the tv. Ahh the room included Apple TV which I loved but most of all I loved the automation of being able to request services (towels, bedding, services etc) directly from the tv. A hidden gem is the rooftop lounging area and pool .. tip make your way to the 3rd floor it's worth it! Another thing I loved was how close the hotel was from the beach it was maybe a nice 10 min walk. It was Also close to everything drug stores, food, bar, and the art district. I had a wonderful stay I literally can't wait to return !

I…read morewas pleasantly surprised we were able to check in early (~10am) after our flight, our room was very aesthetically pleasing and very spacious for 2 people. The bed was incredibly comfortable, although the couch was not and had multiple stains on the cushion which was a little off putting. The TV had seemingly both cable and AppleTV although we couldn't get it to work very well, and there was no way to adjust the volume settings. The room comes with Le Labo toiletries which is a very nice touch and was well enjoyed! We were in a contemporary suite on the 3rd floor, very close to the pool, which I would request again. The pool, although smaller than I anticipated was well maintained and had a lot of comfy seating and it wasn't busy (my husband and I were the only people there for a lot of the time). My only complaint was that there were frequently no pool towels, and even after making 3 requests over the course of a full day none were ever restocked. Sadly, the restaurant was closed so we weren't able to experience it. Hopefully next time we will be able to check it out as the photos online looked quite nice! The hotel is nearby to plenty of shops and other restaurants and obviously the beach!

Or 4 nights if you count sleeping in a rest stop an hour north. And five nights if you count sleeping in a rest stop 3 hours west. In any case I love this hostel and it has decent prices and a wonderful view of South Beach - and they offer dinner which isn't particularly great, but service is nice and rooms are okay, and they have plenty of good stuff that makes this the best hostel destination on South Beach.

Quiet, secure, restaurants galore within a few minutes walk, the beach virually across the street. Easy check in and check out. Good communication and response. Apartment is well furnished and supplied. Furnishings are not high end, but very nice all the same. Highly recommended.

The team worked quickly, professionally, and at a fair cost. The arch was not only beautifully crafted, but it became one of the absolute highlights of the decor. WARNING: Unsafe and Dishonest Company - Do NOT Use Them…read more I've never left a review like this, but people deserve to be warned. This limo company completely misled us, charged us differently than quoted, and only issued a refund after I sent him proof of what he quoted me. -even after multiple requests. But the worst part? They endangered our children. We clearly asked for TWO car seats for our under-five-year-old children. The first time, they only had one. The second time, they showed up with none--and still tried to make us ride without them. They claimed another car had the seats, but wouldn't fix the situation. Let's be clear: It is illegal in all 50 states--including Florida--to transport children under five without an appropriate car seat. This company knowingly violated the law and showed zero concern for our children's safety. When we voiced our concerns, they were rude, dismissive, and condescending, throwing out irrelevant excuses like "You're upset over $36," as if our issue was money--not safety and honesty. They do not care about your safety, your kids, or doing the right thing. If you value professionalism, legal compliance, or basic human decency--stay far away. Unreliable. Unsafe. Unethical. I would never use them again, and I hope others won't either.

I guess this is what a vacation rental is, and I finally understand what that means. Is was really nice to come home to an apartment rental that was private. If I were on a romantic getaway, I would definitely opt for something like this again. I also liked that this place was walking distance from many businesses. I was able to buy ice cream and walk home afterwards, which can be a rare experience in the United States.

Units are not luxurious, but they are well kept and clean and are a HUGE bargain on this pricy island. There are even bikes available! Only gripes are the hourly daytime church bells across the street and some street/park maintenance noise, but most travelers are probably not going to be as noise sensitive as I am. It was nice to hear kids out having a good time in the well utilized park next door and the talking birds across the street. It is surprising how many kids are on the island. Key Biscayne is a great place to take children. We felt very safe at all times. If you are serious beach people, you may not like the 10-15 minute hike to the beach but we were ok with it. Not much nightlife on the Island but we enjoyed visiting the Ritz across the street and the Latin band and rum bar. Otherwise, you have to drive off the island to find places like Tobacco Rd, Little Havana (don't miss!), and Van Dykes on the south beach pedestrian mall on Lincoln.
