Jaime is a crook and con man. DO NOT USE ABC Valet! DO NOT IGNORE the other poor ratings. He uses very deceptive business tactics and will bombard you with all sorts of nonsensical fees. PLEASE do not give your credit card information to him. You will be charged unknowingly and excessively. The "overtime" fees we got hit with cost more than the event we were quoted for in the first place. When I asked him to explain why he charged us so much, he lied that his team missed out on another event because of us, a common lie he's used in response to other complaints. This was the biggest mistake I made when planning my sisters wedding, booking with this company. Since December 5, 2012 I paid and booked Valet services with them for out guests. The wedding was May 8th 2013, plenty of time you'd think to plan out providing the service accordingly right? Wrong! Not for these people. These people contact me less than a week before the wedding to tell me that there isn't an available lot they can use, so they need to charge me an extra $955.00, on top of the amount already billed to us. I refused to pay that much additional when I received many quotes that totaled much less then the amount they are building the invoice up for. They were completely unprofessional and finding a replacement valet company to do the service last minute was difficult and an additional stress that shouldn't have been experienced if ABC Valet would have given me the correct quote in December. They did not want to give me a refund and didn't even want to deal with me as if I was the burden to them! At one point the manager at the time, a Cuban male said that he failed to call me back because he didn't want my husband to get jealous that another guy is calling my phone. It was incredibly infuriating!!! A new employee at the time, Lynn documented my case and said they would forward my case to a lawyer so they would not have to issue my refund, because they could still offer the service but it wouldn't be a good service- with enough cars or any real place to park them. At the end after countless calls, and probably even some tears(I can be sensitive when I'm that stressed) I managed to get the full refund and cancel the contract. I finally booked the parking valet service with another company despite the short time frame, at a lower rate, with an available parking lot, and great professional service. ABC Valet sent me an e-mail offering me a 10% off my next booking if I left a review of the service provided. In short, the service was an absolute nightmare and even if the valet was free I'd keep looking for a different company- but thank you for reminding me to review my horrible experience, it's a shame I can't rate 0 stars. read more

I am a luxury concierge based in South Florida specializing in land, air, and, sea transportation. A revered client called me requesting my assistance searching for a reliable valet for her daughters wedding taking place at a beautiful, private estate. She explained that two prominent valet companies already turned her down for the event. The challenge was getting a permit for 50 vehicles and renting a space off site. I was referred to Jaime through a reputable event planner and immediately contacted him. We discussed the amount of vehicles estimating 40 vehicles would be sufficient. He gatherered the permits necessary and also found the space off site to park the vehicles. The proposal was agreed upon by my client. On the morning of the event I received a call from Jaime stating that he was going to need more staffing for the valet. He estimated at least an additional 40 vehicles. I explained that we would not discuss an increase in the contract price until the job was completed. I was pleased when Jaime respectfully agreed that he would do the job with the utmost service and assured he would provide whatever was necessary to make the valet service a success. The event hosted a total of 91 vehicles. I also want to state these were not your basic domestic vehicles. To my delight my customer sent me a wonderful message thanking me for my help. Jaime and the staff of ABC Valet did an impeccable job with all the challenges they faced. With that said my client was happy to pay the balance. Kudos to a job well done.
