When I asked him to explain why he charged us so much, he lied that his team missed out on another event because of us, a common lie he's used in response to other complaints. But there were cars in front and behind me. He asked me are you going to park? And I said yes but I feel a bit stuck at the moment. He said I'll take care of it.
