The steak on the main course of the plated dinner was very small nothing like the tasting we had at secret gardens. Chicken Alfredo tortilini was not plated as we tasted. Everything was smaller portioned than our tasting. We did not go with Sagno for the cake since I did not like their cake. We ordered tiramisu, the tiramisu was not made with marscapone instead cream cheese, obviously cheaper and not the right taste. The Miami events- awesome all the way around! The violinist was amazing, the dance floor beautiful and great DJ. Drinks by us- great to work with but only around 8 bottles that were average brands. For a full open bar not sure it would be enough for a lager crowd. There are a lot of additional costs to the all inclusive price. I did feel a little nickeled and dimed about the early access for the brides room. 765.00 to get in the room 7:30 instead of 10. The room is empty and I thought that to be a pricey add on. Beware there is construction on the grounds and the bride and grooms rooms need some updating. All in all the wedding was amazing and like the backdrop of Secret Gardens.

However, the walls are paper thin! There's signs all over the floors saying quiet hours at 9pm to 7am. But you can still hear your neighbors laughing and having full on conversations. I don't even think they're loud! Also the hotel is located right outside the river bridge. Every few minutes you can hear the bells and whistles outside the window on top of the typical Miami honking. I just expected more from this hotel being a Hyatt Regency. Oh well.

Multiple restaurants with stunning golf-course views and a beautiful bar. The food options are plentiful and delicious. Service is professional and friendly. Conveniently located within half an hour of downtown Delray. Only complaint is that golf carts and walkers share the same "sidewalk." You just can't hear those carts coming, and it seems like only a matter of time before there is an unfortunate accident.

For this event, there were multiple bars and food stations set up both indoors and outdoors. The dance floor was outside. The combination of string lights, rooftop patio decor, and the city skyline was beautiful. There was only one elevator to get everyone up and down, so there was a bottleneck there. They brought in a fire dancer to perform outside on the rooftop, which was really cool.
