Run far, far away from this company. After disembarking our cruise, we tried to find out where the pick-up area was. It isn't marked but a helpful person pointed out where she thought it was. We held up our blue flyer as they indicated so they could see where we were for pick-up. And waited and waited. An able-bodied man and his wife came from directly from the terminal, walked up to the waiting van, and convinced the driver that they needed to get on first. Don't bother. I saw this recommended in Facebook group for cruises and I cannot understand for the life of me why. I picked it because it had decent reviews and a shuttle service to the port. There's about two people that work here so when you pull into the garage you have to sit and wait for someone to check you in. Ok, fine. I was checked in then told to go to the 9th floor and to come back down for the shuttle. I pull up to the 9th floor where a woman is standing and I drive by her to pass a spot that was tight so I didn't want to park there - she literally SCREAMED at me to park in this spot. Fine. Parked there. I headed back downstairs for the shuttle. I was the ONLY person because at this point it was 2:30 since it had taken me two extra hours to get to Miami. The driver was on his phone so he hardly even paid attention to me. Handed me a blue paper to with return instructions and had me sit there for almost 20 minutes while the doors to my ship closed at 3. Luckily I made it. Now, here I am on debark day. They say shuttles come every 25/30 minutes starting at 7:30am. I have been off my ship for an hour. No shuttles. I've called 10+ times and no one answers their phone. We used Premiere Cruise Parking on 2/22/2026. We got to the Parking garage at our designated arrival time 11:45am checked in and were directed to park and stand in a long line. We waited 45 min and did not see one shuttle come or go. We were worried about missing ship and decided to walk, which took 1 hour pulling luggage. I thought My wife, who is 69, was going to die. CLIENT BEWARE!!! I had an extremely disturbing experience with this garage and want to warn others. While my fiance and I parked here, our vehicle was broken into -- the window of the roof was damaged and attatchment tabs were all broken off, belongings stolen, and even a personal item from the perpetrator left behind. I immediately provided management with a police report, photos, and documentation. What has been even worse than the break-in itself is the company's complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Despite sending multiple detailed emails and making repeated phone calls, the manager has never once replied or even acknowledged my correspondence. Every time I've contacted them, I've been told to "wait for a response," but none has ever come. Adding to the concern, staff gave me conflicting information about their security: the on-site manager admitted 24/7 security is not guaranteed, while customer service told me cameras exist at the entrance. Yet, when police questioned them, the company denied having cameras at all. To make matters worse, they even referred to the incident as "alleged" despite their own staff confirming the break-in. One of the main reasons I trusted this facility was their advertised claim of 24/7 security. However, after this incident and my repeated attempts for accountability, I noticed that claim has since been quietly removed from their website -- which speaks volumes and attatched below will be a screenshot of those claims. This company misrepresents its security, fails to communicate with customers, and refuses to take responsibility when serious incidents occur. I strongly urge anyone considering this garage to look elsewhere if you value your vehicle and your peace of mind. This review has been long overdue, but I trusted the company to act in good faith. We noticed that it took some time for the cars in front of us to be checked in. She replied that they were 'not short staffed' and followed by saying 'what is with your attitude?' This was extremely rude and disrespectful. This was a terrible start to our vacation and an experience I will never give your business another opportunity to disrespect us with. I have been in the service industry for over 35 years and have never been treated like this other than a couple of other times. Needless to say, those people never received any more of my business. We chose this location over the terminal Parking due to reviews on a Cruising site. Big mistake! Paid $18.xx deposit online and then had to pay rest at the location. They accept cash only! They had a driver right away take us to the terminal which was great. The return was a disaster! We waited from 7:50am to 9:15am for a pick up: We saw the same van three times and it was full! Complete failure at getting people into vans and moving them out. We've been here 30 minutes so far waiting in line and still have maybe 35 people still in line in front of us. Update: we abandoned the line and walked/grabbed a different shuttle! We seriously were concerned that Premier Parking would cause us to miss our cruise ship! To the port: I was pleasantly surprised with this parking experience. We found the parking pretty easily and drove up to the 7th floor. I recommend to have one person get dropped off at the shuttle pick up with all the luggage. This will save you the hassle of taking the elevator or stairs. There was a pretty long line but shuttles were coming back to back to bring us to the port. We got on within 10 minutes and the driver was friendly. Back to car experience: When we got off the cruise, we arrived at about 9:15am. One shuttle arrived at 9:52 and there was another couple that had been waiting since 9:00. This shuttle filled up so we had to take the next shuttle. the next one arrived at about 10:06, so roughly 15 minutes. I'm not sure if they didn't have many shuttles running or traffic was just so bad that they couldn't get through. However during this period of waiting, I did see 3 shuttles for safe cruise parking. Unfortunately, I have to give this a negative review as others need to be warned about this. Also, beware, if you book with parking2cruise, you will still be directed to premier parking. We booked with them for a Thanksgiving cruise. I never got an email confirmation except for the receipt. The day of the cruise I get a call from a guy asking about my arrival time and telling me I need to arrive before noon because it's a holiday and they're only open half day (please put that in your holiday hours then!). He also insisted that I "follow the instructions on the email confirmation." When I told him I never got one, he insisted that I do have it and he's looking at it. I asked him to resend it, and he didn't have my email on file (interesting). So, on the already stressful drive to Miami, he calls me twice and tells me to hurry up (I'm already on my way?? Do you want me to speed?) Upon arrival, one of the instructions is to get a ticket from the machine and proceed to their area. They made us park on a different floor and wait for the shuttle where a grumpy driver barely acknowledged us and drove quite scarily to the port. The van has a huge sign on tipping (literally saying DONT JUST WALK AWAY). The driver did visibly warm up after we gave him a tip (yay). The wait time for pick up was relatively fast and otherwise uneventful. What earns this a bad review is the fact that when we were leaving the parking garage, we were charged $160 usd on top of the $70 we already paid. I called immediately and there was no answer. I tried emailing, and they didn't respond. Eventually, after months of calling and emailing, i got ahold of someone, and they wanted pictures of the front and back of the receipt "otherwise I can't help you." When I sent that, they came back with arbitrary requests like front and back of the ticket --- IT LITERALLY GOES INSIDE THE MACHINE. The guy just said he can't help me. So anyways, it might be worth it to get a rideshare or park right next to the port. This ended up being $160+70 for 4 night parking + the headache and inconvenience of dealing with incredibly rude people. read more

We have been using Premier for the last 4 years at least 4-5 times a year. We usually cruise out of Miami and have never had an issue with them. The price is great compared to other lots or parking at POM. The staff is always friendly and they do a great job getting everyone to and from POM. One thing I've seen people complaining about is that when you get to the lot they are only doing drop offs. If you get there before 10-1030 am they are only doing drop offs. Keep that in mind. We usually try to time our 3 hour ride from Sarasota to get there around 11 and we have never waited more than 15-20 mins for the shuttle! Anyway this is a great company and service and we don't use any other parking facility anymore! read more

Upon arriving at the garage you have to be Indiana Jones to follow the parking signs for cruise parking. Going to the cruise it's an adventure no communication from the staff, they have your money they don't care.Vans you ride in must be hand me downs, dirty, disgusting, but they want tips! Now the pick up is the best part. They don't come, you look like a moron holding this blue paper that means nothing. You call and call they pick up once lie to you then never answer the phone again. Paid in advance for cruise parking. Arrived and found the line to check in wrapped around to the floor below with 1 guy checking people in. While waiting I could see people in one longer line loading into vans and another van with people lined up behind it around the corner. When it was my turn to check in I asked the guy if all the vans went to all the terminals or if there were different vans for each. He asked which ship I was going on then told me to go up to level 8 and park there and someone would meet me there. Since he had instructed the car in front of me to go to level 7 that led me to believe the shuttle for my ship would be on level 8. I parked on level 8, got my luggage together, and looked around for an employee, an obvious place to wait, or other customers. I walked a full lap of level 8 with my luggage but did not find anyone from Premier Cruise Parking there. After 20 minutes of walking around and waiting I realized no one else was up there waiting and others that were parking were just getting in the elevator. I opted to walk down to level 7 to ask the guy checking people in if I was supposed to just continue to wait or go somewhere else since he seemed to be the only employee in the place other than the ones in the vans. He was checking in cars and completely ignored me. I ended up walking over and asking the other customers in line to find out all vans go to all the terminals. Why tell me to wait on level 8 if no one was going to be up there? I waited in line and got on the 3rd van that showed up after getting in the line. Including waiting in line in my car, waiting on level 8 for no reason, and waiting in the correct place I was in the parking garage for just over an hour after arriving. Driver to the port was nice although he didn't think to have everyone load into the van in reverse order of the ports he was going to so people had to get out to let others out, same with the luggage being put in the van out of order. After all the nonsense in getting to the ship, I seriously considered just getting a rideshare back to the parking garage at the end of the cruise. But considering the amount I paid (which was more than I paid to park for a significantly longer cruise in Ft Lauderdale) and I didn't know how exiting the garage would work if I didn't come back on the van I chose to just use their shuttle back. Once off the cruise ship I found a couple of other people with blue papers and waited with them. It was only about 10 minutes after walking out of the terminal that I spotted a shuttle coming in the traffic. There was so much traffic the shuttle just stopped in the traffic lanes to pick a bunch of us up before going back to the garage. Returning from the ship was a much better experience but given the frustration when I originally arrived with being told to go somewhere to wait for a shuttle and then ignored by the same person I'm not sure if I would use them again for a Miami cruise departure. read more

Shuttles are a nightmare. They only have 8 and that is not nearly enough. 3 hour+ wait for shuttle would have caused us to miss the cruise so we paid for an Uber. On pickup day the vans kept passing by us at Terminal G without stopping even though we frantically waved our blue papers and shouted (and they had plenty of room). Staff took info and not much else, directed us to drive up to level 8 where a staff would meet us NO staff, we parked and waited, walked to other side of lot with luggage to find we parked at wrong place and had to go back to car to reload and move to where the staff was. During this time tried to call the number for help was a challenge until I walked to the open space, cell service not good. They answered right away but no real help. Finally after parking again, walked to elevator to return to 7th floor where a long line of people were waiting. They had been there along time. They did not budge! So long that I sent hubby to use the restroom Down where we saw a Whole Foods. ThAnk God He returns, line doesn't budge, their small white vans are hardly there and when they finally arrived took a group to ride while we were all saying we would miss our ship departing, yes that is how long this thing happened or didn't happen We gave up, took a Uber that was well worth $10 Returning was no different, van was so tight and small, no thanks We Ubered again But couldn't leave the lot until a driver happened by and told us to scan a sticker they put in our ticket, thanks for telling us! We were trapped as the gate wanted $200 for parking. No more. Don't do it. Premier Cruise Parking - Long line to shuttle - Parking Near Me - Miami, Florida

(This was originally posted in April 2022 to the wrong business; posting it under the correct one now, with a few additional notes, and removed the other one) It's been a while since we cruised out of Miami. Parking is always a challenge when you go on a cruise - who really wants to pay $20 a day to park at a cruise port - I mean, when I get a cheap cruise fare, that's sometimes half of what I'd pay per night for the lodging and the food and the travel for the cruise itself. When you think about it that way, you'd be loath to park at the cruise port parking they SO conveniently provide. So off I went in search of options. Interestingly, I ended up with the same outfit as the one we used last time. Only this time, they've moved. Reading some of the Yelp reviews gave me pause, as there were a few unfavorable choice words rendered. I decided to call them, and even mentioned these negative reviews. The guy who answered was a straight shooter. He acknowledged that, yes, sometimes you might have to wait till the van is full before taking off, and yes, you might have to wait on the way back too if the van gets full - they are not for you if you want a service they can't possibly offer, at least not consistently. I thought it a very reasonable answer. No, I don't mind waiting a bit - I'm on vacation and not in a hurry to catch a flight; if that's the price for saving over 50%, covered parking in a secure lot, sign me up. My expectations were met or exceeded with both the outbound and return. Sure it was a few anxious minutes on the return, especially, when there are so many people at the cruise port, and vehicles coming into the area are hard to see ... But we WERE picked up, and safely delivered back to the garage. So if you carefully listen to and review all the instructions (pick-up times, procedures etc.), and have the proper expectation of the kind of service this is (there are several other fellow passengers than your travel party), chances are you won't have a problem. Good rate, convenient location, and COVERED parking!! So sitting here in March 2023 now, and until they have the high speed train going, I know this will be my first choice the next time we want to go down to cruise from Miami, which will be in less than 4 weeks! Already made the reservation; their cancellation policy is 48 hours by phone. Addendum: the official email says it's 7 days cancellation, not the verbal 48-hours when I call. Also, for the uninitiated, there are all sorts of options now in Miami. Besides places like this, where they shuttle you to the cruise terminal and back, here are a few places that offer cheaper per-day rates ($7-8), but do not offer a shuttle - they tell you to take ride-share (but none that offers covered parking that I'm aware of. Otherwise, the per-day rate parking next to the cruise terminal (with a pretty long walk) is now $22 - unless you have the privilege of being a Royal Caribbean patron, in which case they'll ding you for $25 a day, $28 if it's 5 nights or less. I parked here for Whole Foods. All their signs say to pay before leaving your car. I paid thinking I could get validated at Whole Foods. After I got my groceries I went to the customer service. They said I didn't have to pay. 2 hours is waived. They instructed I go to the leasing office of the main building. I went but leasing office closed. So I contacted their customer support for the parking garage. They said to fill out a refund on their website. Did all that with parking receipt and Whole Foods receipt. I followed up 3 weeks later when I didn't see a refund. They said it was denied cause they r not affiliated w Whole Foods. There only choice on the app is to pay for 4 hours $15.
