So I was looking online for cheap airport parking because let's face it, paying airport parking on top of traveling just sucks! I came across Arow through a Google ad and at 3.99 per day, I couldn't pass it up. I booked the reservation online, which required a small deposit and the balance was due when dropping the car off. We had to print out a confirmation and the location was extremely easy to find except name on building is slightly different and address on confirmation said 3915 but it was really 3925. Please see picture. We checked in with ease very early in the morning. There was a slight language barrier but both the clerk and I managed. I paid the balance and he gave us a claim ticket. He drove us and another couple to the airport which was less than 5 minutes. It could not have gone any smoother. When we arrived and called for the shuttle to pick us up. They asked for our claim ticket number and said to meet them outside departures, as the driver was en route and less than 10 minutes out. We were picked up with 2 other people, taken back to the location we dropped the car off, which was waiting out front for us. Again, it was so easy and affordable. Didn't want to pay the crazy high prices of parking at the airport garage so I turned to Park to Travel for 5 days. Showed up early and gave my keys to the man at the front desk. After a few minutes I was dropped off at the airport with no further problems Once I returned I gave them a call and within 15 minutes they picked me up. The gentleman also got my car ready while I was being picked up from the airport. This is where it gets weird. I gave them 3 stars due to the fact that when I got inside of my car I noticed that all of my mileage gauges were reset to 0. I also noticed, due to the fact that I had to re-enter my navigation code and my radio code, that my battery had been disconnected. I am not sure why a company that I am paying to have park my car is disconnecting my battery and resetting my mileage gauges to 0. But I have yet to see any other problems with the car. I just find it very strange. Will update if I find anything weird going on with the car. read more

Since Fast Park went away, Park to Travel is one of the few places left around MIA with reasonable rates. It doesn't look like anything like you'd expect - it's not a big parking lot and you leave your car in a small parking area in front of the building. But I didn't have any trouble when leaving my car with them and the shuttle was quick to take me my gate and pick me up - which is pretty much all you can ask for. read more

Long story short - reasonable rates, prompt and clean shuttle, owner made personal effort for customer service. Would use again. I've used this company 3x now. The first time was stellar and I booked my 2nd time without hesitation. The 2nd time, after confirming my reservation when I arrived pre-dawn to drop the car off for my early morning flight, no one was there and I had to scramble to find parking - I had to use the airport parking for a significantly larger price for my extended trip. Obviously I was really upset about this and contacted the company. The owner called me back personally, which I appreciated. Apparently an emergency happened with the employee that was supposed to be on duty - I get that stuff happens, but it seems a back up person/system should be in place for things like that. The owner invited me to try them a third time as a chance to make amends, which I took him up on. The third visit went well enough - on both 1st and 3rd visits the shuttle was courteous and prompt, and picked me up shortly after being called. Some of the employees could stand to be a little more professional, but they weren't out-right rude. I opted for the car wash - I could tell that they cleaned the exterior though it seems it could have been a little cleaner, or maybe washed more closely to the pick up time instead of early in the day or day before since it was already dirty again. For people complaining about change, etc missing from the car, you should have read your fine print before signing. The contract specifically states they're not responsible for things left in the car, so logic dictates maybe not leaving stuff of value in your car. Just saying. read more

Using this company was very easy and convenient. It is close to Miami International Airport. Check-in was quick, everyone was very helpful. Pickup was easier, our car was parked out front and ready when we arrived. We received complete and easy directions for where to wait at the airport for the van to pick us up. Two tips- hold on to you ticket so that your customer number is readily available to you. If you call when you arrive at the airport and it goes to voicemail, don't panic, someone calls you right back. I would definitely use them again. read more

I'm used to Fast park from Baltimore n in Orlando. Since there is no Fast Park in Miami, I tried this place. If you are used to Fast Park, well this is not it. You pull up to storefront business, check in, leave your car and keys, and wait for shuttle bus to arrive. We were initially concerned with the whole thing but after leaving car w them for 10 days, we were picked up from our airport gate promptly n my car pulled up shortly after we got back to the place. Everything went well without any issues. I would have preferred Fast Park, but I can't complain about this place as they kept my car while I was gone n I got it back with no issues. Therefore 4 stars n I'll use this facility again in the future. read more

But I'm glad that I went with my gut feeling and decided to give them a try! I used a groupon that was $16 for 3 days -- that's a steal! My whole entire experience with Arow was painless and flawless. They give you a ticket with a number to call them when you arrive and your car details. I came at 5am and though it was dead in the night, I still had a great experience. Gave them my keys, got in the van and was dropped off right at my airline. When I arrived, I called them and told them what concourse I was located at and they showed up within 20mins and there after, I was back on good old I95 in my own car. + Would use them again in the future. + Recommend, check to see if they still have the GroupOn and take advantage of the deal. read more

I parked my truck there for 2 weeks. When I picked it up they had left a Wendy's bag with half eaten food a full cup of soda AND the windshield was cracked. They denied any / all culpability and said I had left the trash in the truck. This is an F250. They are notorious for broken cup holders. Mine has been broken for years and thus NEVER used. Yet, whoever took my truck for a joy ride to get food decided to use it for their soda. Nice going. It's now so trashed it will not close anymore. And a cracked windshield. Now, it must also be noted that they wanted to use my truck to drop us off at the airport...What? It appears that they will use your vehicle to make lunch runs AND to pickup and drop-off other customers. Stay away from this place. They are crooks. read more

We used it for the first time 3 weeks ago and it was uneventful, so, we decided to use them again, when we dropped-off our car everything was fine, we had to pay extra for a truck since it is considered an oversized car, which is understandable, but when we arrived... We called both numbers on the ticket and there was no answer, we called about 7 times each number no answer, so I went online and found an alternate number to call, I finally got an answer gave them our ticket number and was told that we would be picked up in 10 minutes, the van passed us by and we waved frantically but he didn't see us since he was on the phone, I called them again and again, we were finally picked up 40 minutes after our first call. We arrived at the lot and our car was not ready, we ended up waiting for another 15 minutes for someone to get us our car. I don't know about you, but when we arrive at the airport we are tired and we just want to get home, I do not want to stand outside Miami's hot weather waiting for a long time to be picked up. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! HORRIBLE service from beginning to end! Drop off: The driver did not open the door for me when getting out of the vehicle. I had to figure out how to open the door while in the backseat. I had to be extra careful while carrying my bags and walking off the bus/vehicle. This was very unprofessional in my opinion. Pickup: When I called to be picked up, the driver yelled at me telling me I was at the wrong place instead of clearly giving me instructions. The receipt they give you only says go to the second floor departures. It doesn't say which side of the street or numbers. The driver asked me if I was an "American" and that I should have looked at the other signs! He continued to berate me and tell me how wrong I was. I had to ask him repeatedly to just take me to my car but he wanted to sit at the airport and continue to argue with me for 3 minutes! traveling for 7 days bought a groupon for 5 days of parking, called to make a reservation spoke with Mike he stated I couldn't use the groupon for the holiday weekend. Okay that sucks but fine I was going to buy 2days at normal price anyways so I would use the normal price days for those 2 days this Veterans Day weekend, then on Monday the 5 day groupon would kick in right....... wrong he states they don't work like that and I would have to come back in and get a new parking ticket for the groupon 5 days. However it states clearly that you can add additional days on their site which okay so Ill add those for this saturday and sunday, I told him that's BS and what sure Let me fly back to get a new ticket then fly back out and he started rattling on and hung up on me. I have parked here at least three times. There were no problems except the one time the pickup van didn't see me. It was crowded, but they knew exactly where I was. I saw them on their next time around, but I had been waiting a while by then. So keep in mind you have to be quite vigilant. The van does not have a logo on it. Returned after a 2 week trip to find my car had a dent on the passenger side quarter panel. When I brought it to the attention of the manager they started muttering in spanish and basically were of no help. They claimed they have videocameras but were not willing to look at their footage. DO NOT USE!!! By far the worst airport parking I have ever used. We bought a groupon for $23 for 5 days. I read the reviews and it said you only had to make reservations on holidays and we traveled from 2/6-211. They asked me if I made a reservation and when we said no they told us that they were "full". Conveniently they told us that they could park the car but we would have to pay an extra $27. In total we paid $50 to park the car for 5 days. By this time we were cutting it close to make our flight so we just ended up paying the extra amount. When we returned , I found that my car was covered in bird poop and when we got home the passenger side of the car and saw that there is a yellow scuff mark on the front bumber. I call them back right away at 10:30am and they ask for me to send a picture with my contact number and the manager will contact me as soon as he got in. No one called me by 5:00pm so I called back to speak to the manager and again he is not there and they take my information down again and say he will be back in an hour and will call me back. I called a 3rd at 8:30pm after I did not receive any call back and finally spoke with the manager who told me that they are not responsible for any damage to the car. No one walked the car with me, which would have helped me probably notice that they had also hit my car on the bottom left bumper. I called the next day and they wanted to push me off for a few days before the owner could call me. Even if I left the site, they could have offered to review their security tapes to see what had happened to take blame. We called the phone number repeatedly but was only cycled through their automated answering service. Found out about Arow Airport Parking from a Groupon offer for $23.00. Before I purchased it I called Arow to get the details of the deal & to find out if there were any restrictions. The fine print on the offer said reservations were required. The Arow rep said it wasn't necessary for July, which was about six weeks away. I purchased the offer and called two more times regarding reservations. Again, I was told reservation were not required. So, I arrive the first week of July and there's two guys, but only one guy helping people. I wait patiently and he tells me reservations are required, because of the holiday weekend. Mind you, I have a flight to catch. I explained that I called and was told reservations were not required. After a few uncomfortable minutes he says he'll take my car without a reservation. My trip is for 5 days and the Groupon deal is for five days, so I thinking that I don't have to pay anything else. I'm dropping my car off on Thursday 11:30am and returning Tuesday 12 pm (noon), which according to my calendar is 5 days, the same as the Groupon deal. He says he has to charge me an extra day because they count each day no matter what time you drop it off. I didn't expect to pay for an extra day, but I was in no position to argue. So I paid the extra day for $10.65 and promised myself to use another airport parking company next time. You drive up to the front of the building to a narrow driveway and someone parks the car for you. The shuttle driver was pleasant and helpful with the bags for the drop off and pick up. When you arrive from your trip, you call them and the shuttle picks you up from a different level. That can be an inconvenience if you have plenty of bags or kids because you have to go from (Arrivals) bottom level of the airport to the second level (Departures), instead of walking out and waiting for the shuttle. Probably going to use another parking next time, because I appreciate better customer service, clear communication, not being charged another day, & being picked up from Arrivals section of the airport. read more

My girlfriend found this place online. We wanted to find an inexpensive place to park while we traveled. Our flight left early in the morning and we were getting back late at night so we didn't want to bother anyone with a ride to the airport. The reservation process was fairly easy and required a small deposit. The place was a little confusing to find because of the signage. It said Arow rentals... Once we got there we quickly paid and they put us in the van for the ride to the airport. It was a quick drive, only a half mile away. Very convenient! When we got back from our trip we simply called them when we landed and they were there to pick us up within a few minutes. Once we settled on a meeting point. All in all it was a hood experience. Lost my car keys. Used it in August for a week and it was ok, although the van took forever to leave waiting for other users to check in. Based on the initial experience We decided to use it again in January for 4 nights. We arrived in Friday with a reservation to be informed the rate we had received during the online reservation was not correct, small pick up truck was considered oversized and more expensive. This information was not stated clearly on the website, nor was an option when following the process. They reduced the extra charge we had to pay, very nice. The problem was on return. We arrived and called them, they told us it would take them 30 minutes or more to get to us because the airport was closed, understandable, however I requested an Uber and he got in, no problems, he took a different route, I guess when you really want someone's business you make it happen. We called Arow and told them we were taking an Uber, to please have our car ready, yet when we arrived the car was not yet ready and the staff informs us they have LOST MY CAR KEYS. We waited for 30 minutes outside while a guy was running around asked my everyone, it turns out he didn't even know what car it was. Overall an hour went by before we were able to get into our car. Ridiculous, Needless to say We are never using it again. read more
