I'm so glad I took the recommendation. First and foremost, downtown Miami is nothing like it was over 10 years ago. The transformation is incredible. The skyline is filled with stunning high-rise buildings, beautiful hotels, clean streets, and the entire area feels modern, upscale, and safe. It's immaculate and a completely different vibe from South Beach. After visiting, I can honestly say my next trip to Miami will likely be centered around Brickell instead. As for Brickell City Centre itself, it's an impressive, world-class shopping destination. The mall is beautifully designed, spotless, and home to just about every luxury and popular retail brand you can think of. The selection of shops and restaurants is excellent. Most of the dining options are located on the upper level, although you'll find additional restaurants scattered throughout the mall. The open-air design, connected by escalators, makes it easy to navigate, and there's even a movie theater on the top floor. The center is divided into the East and North Blocks, which are well connected. My only complaint was getting an Uber after my visit. Finding the mall was easy, but getting picked up was another story. I waited over 15 minutes because the app repeatedly directed my driver to a different pickup location. I was standing outside the East Block near the Nespresso boutique, yet my driver kept being routed toward the North Block near Bally. If you're planning to use Uber or Lyft, allow yourself some extra time and double-check the designated pickup location before requesting your ride. Other than that minor inconvenience, Brickell City Centre exceeded my expectations and was one of the highlights of my trip to Miami.

The center offers a good mix of shopping including clothing stores and beauty retailers. I am not sure about the restaurants and cafes, since I have not explored the whole mall. I did see a restaurant, Starbucks, and a boba shop that I visited. I visited several stores during my trip, and overall, the service was friendly and welcoming. Dior stood out in particular, as the staff were attentive, offered samples, and created a more engaging shopping experience. The other stores I visited were also pleasant and accommodating. Overall, it's a cool place to walk around, shop, and hangout for a day.

I confronted him and he basically shrugged and couldn't care less. Repairs cost several thousand dollars. Unfortunately, you sink or swim as a business based on your weakest link. The fact that 90% of the staff is great doesn't erase the damage done to my vehicle.

We only have 6570 miles on our car. I contacted premier cruise parking and the female was very polite. She sent me a text and asked me to reply with pictures of my vehicle. She also advised me to go to the 7th floor and speak with the attendant. I sent the pictures then received a phone call from some a**hole that asked me if I knew anything about physics. I asked him what physics had to do with it and he told me that I should know that sign couldn't possibly cause that damage. No sh*t Sherlock. The damage was across the entire back of the car. Its obvious that whoever left the sign backed into my vehicle, pulled forward then dropped the sign. The manager on the 7th floor was very apologetic and I even heard him say "un-f'ng belivieable" while he was taking pictures. He told me that they would investigate and he would call me. Then he asked me if I got gas or anything before parking as if my car was damaged at a gas station and I didn't see it when I parked and unloaded my luggage. I did file a report with Miami PD. The garage has a limited number of cameras so they are not much help. I won't repeat what the Miami PD office told me about the garage. I should also mention that I was parked at the top of the ramp between the 8th and 9th floor not down a row so I had no cars behind me that would be backing up in the directions of my vehicle. Update: Just as I suspected. Its been five days and not one word from the parking garage. Guess it's time to contact an attorney.

There are almost 1.500 spaces so chances are good you are going to find one. Parking was only $2 an hour with a $20 maximum. You can pay at a kiosk to make exiting quicker or pay at the gate. Getting in was great but leaving was horrible. I was stuck in traffic for a long time when trying to leave. A lot of people were in town for the activities associated with the college playoff game. Still the price and convenience of location can't be beat. I also love that Miami has actual people at the exit gates so you can't get stuck.

This location was on the Miami Heat parking map so we made the mistake of parking here around…read more5:15pm just before Game 2 of the NBA finals on Thursday night. Here were the issues: 1. No signs of when it closes before you get into the parking structure. 2. No attendant at the entrance of the parking structure. 3. You exit the parking area into a high rise office building that closes at 11pm. Thankfully, we asked the security desk what time they closed. 4. Even if you just parked there a few minutes and leave after finding out they close early, they still make you pay the flat rate. Signs people!!! GET SIGNS!!!! The game started at 9pm. How can a parking structure on the grid of the Miami Heat parking map close so early without posting any signs??? It was a waste of $7 but at least we didn't get stranded because our car was in a parking structure that closed 2 hours after the start of the Miami Heat game!
