However, the walls are paper thin! There's signs all over the floors saying quiet hours at 9pm to 7am. But you can still hear your neighbors laughing and having full on conversations. I don't even think they're loud! Also the hotel is located right outside the river bridge. Every few minutes you can hear the bells and whistles outside the window on top of the typical Miami honking. I just expected more from this hotel being a Hyatt Regency. Oh well.

A wonderful venue for any occasion, in my humble opinion. We were in a clear sided tent which was well illuminated and the air conditioning did not disappoint. The management has contacts for event management, music, food, decor, etc. I do not know if the family brought in their own music and catering or used the venue's, but both were very good. Highly recommend!

We attended a wedding reception at the Penthouse at Riverside Wharf in downtown Miami and had a…read morewonderful time. This is a great event venue mainly for a couple reasons: 1. It has excellent elevated views of the Miami skyline to the east and the Miami River, boats, and the W Flagler St Drawbridge (historical landmark, built in 1938) to the west. I believe the penthouse is located on the 10th floor of a relatively new building. 2. The venue is modern and versatile. The inside spaces (including restrooms) had a clean, updated look. For this event, there were multiple bars and food stations set up both indoors and outdoors. The dance floor was outside. The combination of string lights, rooftop patio decor, and the city skyline was beautiful. There was only one elevator to get everyone up and down, so there was a bottleneck there. They brought in a fire dancer to perform outside on the rooftop, which was really cool.

There's limited street parking, but there's an adjacent parking lot. I'd recommend using a valet service if you are hosting an event here. I absolutely loved the views here, which is why this place gets 5 stars!

As a group of 8, we were super obnoxious and loud... Singing any and all songs that came to mind - but we weren't told to be quiet or keep it down one time. Would have even loved to pay extra to add them. Still found plenty to sing though!

The staff were absolutely amazing. I called front desk for one item and they sent someone immediately to assist me. Their overall service exceeded my expectations! I'm also an AMEX platinum member and valued the room upgrade and hotel credits I received. I enjoyed all of the amenities from reserving a massage (highly recommend this), to ordering room service for breakfast (which was really good), to enjoying their outdoor pool area (which had a beautiful view and cabanas). I look forward to experiencing other Four Seasons locations in the near future!

It's very unfriendly and unaccommodating and illogical at these prices. Aside from that, pool is gorgeous, lobby bar fantastic with great lounge music at night and Nuna very good. It's a beautiful hotel if life finds you in the Brickell area. But for those traveling with your pets, go elsewhere. The Betsy is a very pet friendly hotel, for one. Ordered the salmon from the pet menu. It's more like a human serving, which is fine, with salmon, rice, asparagus, lettuce greens and some sort of sauce, like aoli. $20 was a fair price for it.

Couples drift in for the romance, families arrive for the adventure, and everyone leaves with the same quiet realization: the food here is worth returning for, even if you never book a room. The heartbeat of the hotel's dining scene is Quinto, a wood-fired love letter to Latin American flavors that announces itself the moment the doors open. The aroma of smoldering oak and sizzling meat rolls across the terrace like a warm invitation. It's impossible not to be drawn in. Start with the Empanadas, golden and blistered at the edges, arriving with a soft crunch that gives way to fillings rich with spice and tenderness. Each bite is a reminder of how comforting simple food can be when crafted with intention. Families order extra; couples pretend they're sharing. But the star of the menu the dish that turns dinner into memory and make you walk out with a food baby is the Wood-Fired Ribeye. Charred on the outside, ruby at the center, it carries a smoky perfume that lingers long after the steak disappears. Paired with chimichurri so vivid it practically glows, it's a marriage of fire and finesse that demands a moment of silence at the table. Seafood lovers, meanwhile, find devotion in the Branzino a la Parrilla. The skin crisps into a delicate wafer while the flesh remains supple, infused with citrus and herbs that taste like sunshine pressed into the fish. It's light, clean, and almost impossible to share. Upstairs, Sugar, the hotel's rooftop bar and lounge is thee best rooftop bar hands down in brickell drop mic !! They transform the evening into something cinematic lantern-lit, cool aesthetic, vibe, and intoxicatingly atmospheric. From up here, cocktails aren't just cocktails; they're experiences. The Lychee Blossom my sister had 3 so let's just say there It was chilled to a perfect frost, slips across the palate with elegance and danger, the kind of drink that makes couples lean closer and families pose for extra photos before dinner. Service is polished but warm, the kind that can handle a birthday dinner of eight as gracefully as a quiet date for two. Children are welcomed with ease; parents are given space to enjoy their evening. Whether indoors or on the terrace, there's a human energy that feels uniquely Brickellyouthful, international, perpetually hungry for the next great moment. At the EAST Hotel, dining becomes an escape inside an escape (like inceptions dream within a dream). The flavors are bold, the atmosphere is amazing , and the experience is irresistible not to leave, trust me i kept extending my check out day 2x lol. Whether you're a couple looking for a night that feels elevated or a family searching for a meal that everyone will remember, EAST stands tall literally and figuratively as one of Miami's most enticing culinary destinations.

During live performances, one waitress would get up on stage and play instruments and at other times bartenders would join in. I was truly smiling from ear to ear all night. I drank delicious mojitos all night and even with a packed venue the drinks came out extremely fast! Although the restaurant was packed, our waitress remained extremely kind and attentive throughout the night. To me, the food was just good. We had the Jamón Serrano Croquetas to start. They were a little cold for my taste and not the best I've ever had but they weren't bad. My husband really loved his skirt steak ropa vieja and didn't leave a single grain of rice. I opted for the rabo encendido pasta. I like that they weren't skimpy on the rabo. The downside of this place is that to maximize space, you're packed in like sardines. The tables are basically on top of each other. A larger sized person would not fit getting in and out of their seat and my husband was constantly backing up into the people seated behind him. Overall, this is a place you definitely visit for the atmosphere above food. I will 100% be coming back for drinks, appetizers and more live music. It is an incredible spot especially for those looking for Cuban nostalgia.
