    That Airbnb was really disappointing and honestly pretty disgusting. The listing was misleading and…read morethe unit looked nothing like the photos. It felt like the pictures were edited to look much better and like they were of a different, nicer room. The bathtub that was shown in the listing wasn't there, and the AC in the photos was not the same and wasn't updated. Check-in was also a problem. We were given the wrong door code and had to call and wait about 20 minutes to get in, which caused a big time inconvenience because we were trying to get to an event. Once we got inside, the condition and cleanliness were unacceptable. The entire place smelled like mold/mildew and the room felt wet/damp. The sheets smelled like a dog, and there was hair all over the floor/ground. The front door was dirty like people had been kicking it. The whole place felt like it was "glued together," and the paint job was awful -- everything looked completely painted over with drips everywhere. The kitchen island was also unstable and felt like it was about to tip over. There were maintenance issues too. The water would not get very hot, and the cabinets were damaged/eaten up at the bottom. On top of that, there was pest control happening the day of our stay with no warning, which made the whole experience even worse. I also have safety concerns. The electrical panel/breakers look extremely outdated and at this point feel like a hazard. Would not trip during a fire and need to be replaced Because the listing was misleading, the unit was dirty, and there were multiple maintenance and safety issues, we left early and booked a different place down the road. They charged us $24 at the first location because they said we left dirty towels for them to clean. The first apartment was filthy. There were dead roaches. The bathroom bathtub and shower were disgusting. The bathtub's finish was peeling and the bathroom had mold. The second property was cleaner - however staff is rude, mean and aggressive. Downright hostile. The kitchen had nasty old and broken tools. The property turned the water for 24 hours and offered nothing. Its elevator was often inoperable.

    They lied to me twice prior to our check-in date about the property in Fort Lauderdale not being…read moreaffected by the recent flooding. Being from that area I knew that it was impossible, however I trusted them when they told me that there was no water damage whatsoever and people currently staying at the property. When My wife and I got to the neighborhood there was trash and debris in front of almost every home except the one that we were staying at. When we entered the home I could tell that the water damage had been covered up by (killz) spray paint with the exception of some areas that the contractors were too lazy to move objects away from. There was mold in those areas as well as plug in air fresheners in almost every outlet in the home. There was also tons of furniture damage from the standing water. We still haven't received a full refund because they're trying to have us pay for their loss of one night and a cleaning fee even though we were only at the property for 5 hours (most of which was spent on the phone trying to get in touch with/get a resolution from Tangy management. We had to leave and find another property from a different company because our eyes were burning and we were having trouble breathing. The only resolution that Tangy Management Solutions could come up with was, was to turn on dehumidifiers and send circulating air fans to the property. See attached photos.

A few…read moredays later the company cancelled my reservation without explanation, which was also still outside the cancellation window. No refund was granted until the 3rd party took action. Refund took 2 months to reconcile. The 3rd party booking agency could have been the ones giving me the runaround, but my experience was very poor with Tangy Management.
