Quiet, secure, restaurants galore within a few minutes walk, the beach virually across the street. The jacuzzi, essetially just off the rear balcony, is a terrific amenity, especially at night when you can soak under the stars. There's also a pool and small gym. Staff was excellent. Easy check in and check out. Good communication and response. Apartment is well furnished and supplied. Furnishings are not high end, but very nice all the same. Highly recommended.

The room we stayed in was lovely and brought a "home" feeling while we were in it. The pool area was relaxing and the bay views really did it for me! The parking decal was a great feature as I am used to paying $25+ for valet parking at other properties I've stayed at. I will definitely be back and recommend my family from Argentina to stay here when needing accommodations. Also, HUGE shout-out to Ernesto, the manager. He answered all my inquiries quickly, and his hospitality was the difference maker. Can't wait to be back soon!

I would 100% come here again for the experience and how quiet it was. If I had to make any complaint, it would only be small pieces from cleaning. At first glance it was very clean but to someone who cleaned for a living there are just a few touched I would have added. This is in the residential area of Miami. And the manager treats it like his own. He added such a person touch.

I had an excellent experience with Marine Villas. I live locally and had a family member visiting,…read moreso I decided to book a room for her at Marine Villas. Booking was seamless, and they offer very good rates for this area. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. It had a full kitchen stocked with dishes and appliances (full refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.). We opted for a studio since it was just a short stay, but even the studio was roomy, and they offer one-bedroom units as well. The staff was excellent. The manager explained to me the additional precautions that they're taking due to the ongoing pandemic. The location is prime--less than a block from the beach, and second-floor units even have a beautiful view of the ocean from the catwalk. The south end of the beach in Hollywood is great--close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants, but far enough from the center of the action on the boardwalk that it's still quiet and serene. I highly recommend Marine Villas and will definitely use them again!
