But Clint, with his cargos and steady leadership, changed everything. I won't give away all his secrets, but Clint's "Power Grilling" seminar was a spiritual experience. He taught us that a hot dog is not just a hot dog; it's a vehicle for corporate synergy. He showed us how to use the 'spiral-cut' technique to create superior surface area for toppings, thus increasing flavor throughput by 40%. My team now communicates exclusively in hot dog-related metaphors, and our productivity is through the roof. The "Trust Falls into Ketchup" exercise was a bit messy, but it really solidified our company's condiment-based trust initiatives. We all learned that someone's willingness to catch you is directly proportional to how much relish they put on their hot dog. Turns out Joanne from Accounting is a two-relish kind of person, and I will trust her with my life. Thank you, Camp Clint. You didn't just teach us how to grill hot dogs. We were in a one bed (king bed)/one bath with a full kitchen that included everything, as you'll see in the pics. We had a very nice view that we enjoyed while eating breakfast. The unit was quite large . The living room had a pull out couch (think trundle bed) that was a quick open/close. We enjoyed that for us to cuddle on the couch to watch TV. The complex has a pool and a gym onsite. You'll find coffee available from 8a - 5p everyday in the lounge on the 7th floor. The staff at Miami Vacations and at The Towers were very friendly and willing to assist. I would totally stay here again! The pics were taken as we were checking out, so that's our stuff you see.

AC broke during our visit and we had to contact the maintenance team twice and we slept without AC one night. YES no AC with MIami's warm weather! Also left a personal belonging in the apt, when I called back (hours later) they mentioned they couldn't locate the cleaning crew and that they will let me know. they never did , after numerous calls the answer was: "we told you the item was lost". Apparently the next guest took it. No Solution ! no Followup ! No Service! I will definitely be back to Miami but will not be staying at their accommodations.

The other positive thing that I can say was that the beach was wonderful. Now I come to the heart of this review. 1. My wife and I booked the "romantic dinner" and two individuals from the resort took a number of photos of the two of us and left. We had the romantic dinner on Friday, August 12th. Likewise, my wife and I were in the water on August 11th when a photographer showed up on the beach. He took a number of photos, asked for the room number - and left. After we checked out on August 14th and returned home to Miami, I reached out to the resort and was informed that a another entity of Sandals, was responsible for the photos. Again, I had to reach out to someone at Snapshot Designs to request the photos. I was informed that it will take 4 to 5 days before I receive a link to view the photos. This is very poor client management. The photos need to be available shortly after being taken not a week later. 2. Our room. Before I go for a comparison, I need to share what happened in the so called "suite" a. When we arrived, the floor was dirty. b. There were human toe nail clippings on the floor (this supports that the floor was dirty) c. The bathroom lights went out at approximately on the evening of the 11th at 11 PM. It was reported and wasn't fixed until the afternoon of the 12th. d. The door in the piece of furniture that houses the small refrigerator didn't close well and one had to be constantly move it so that the door would close. e. On Saturday the 13th we were informed that a maintenance crew was going to do some painting on the patio side of the room (facing the beach). This makes one feel that their privacy is compromised as there are painters outside the door. I understand the need to do maintenance, but you need to schedule it when guests are in the room. As it turns out, our room was going to be empty after our departure. It is not hard. It is incompetency and not caring about the client. 3. Finally, this is a picture of the bedroom area... showing the bed. In conclusion, it took a while to reach someone at the executive level that could look at the issues. I found someone and routed to someone in the customer service department. Their response. it is not really their fault. They offered 15,000 points to use at our next stay. that is poor and we will never go to another sandals resort. What they sell is the fantasy of their rooms. The pictures or artwork prove it. The reality is a larger version of a motel in a crummy town. See the attached photos.

    My husband and I have been to numerous Sandals and always enjoyed and that is why we kept going…read moreback to different ones. Our last trip was to the Royal Bahamian. We chose that one because it was the closest to where we live and very close to the airport. The trip was only for 3 nights. The first night we were walking to dinner and my husband slipped on what appeared to be a frozen fruit drink. He fell backwards and luckily didn't fall on his head. We filled out an accident report and saw the nurse the following day. It put a damper on our short vacation because he was very sore on his back and buttocks. The hotel basically did nothing for us. We were told that the manager would reach out to us and he never did. We had to sign a release that we wouldn't sue and we're supposed to get points to use for a future stay, which we did not receive. I have emailed several times and have not received any communication. We were extremely disappointed on the way this whole situation was handled
