The bathtub that was shown in the listing wasn't there, and the AC in the photos was not the same and wasn't updated. Check-in was also a problem. We were given the wrong door code and had to call and wait about 20 minutes to get in, which caused a big time inconvenience because we were trying to get to an event. Once we got inside, the condition and cleanliness were unacceptable. The entire place smelled like mold/mildew and the room felt wet/damp. The sheets smelled like a dog, and there was hair all over the floor/ground. The front door was dirty like people had been kicking it. The whole place felt like it was "glued together," and the paint job was awful -- everything looked completely painted over with drips everywhere. The kitchen island was also unstable and felt like it was about to tip over. There were maintenance issues too. The water would not get very hot, and the cabinets were damaged/eaten up at the bottom. On top of that, there was pest control happening the day of our stay with no warning, which made the whole experience even worse. I also have safety concerns. The electrical panel/breakers look extremely outdated and at this point feel like a hazard. Would not trip during a fire and need to be replaced Because the listing was misleading, the unit was dirty, and there were multiple maintenance and safety issues, we left early and booked a different place down the road. These people are dishonest and unethical- stay elsewhere.

I arrived a little earlier than the check in time and was able to get in our apartment because our key was ready for us in the lock box. The moment I walked in, I was surprised at how spacious our apartment was. It was spotless and the furniture and appliances were modern. We had two bedrooms and both came with their own bathrooms. We had a balcony which overlooked the pool outside. The kitchen came with a dishwasher, fridge, bar like stools, toaster, a blender, and other appliances so that you can save money by cooking for yourself instead of ordering out daily. Our apartment also included a washer and dryer so we were able to wash our clothes daily. The surrounding area included restaurants such as Ruth Chris' Steakhouse and shops such as Target all in a walking distance. It was convenient for us as all it took was a stroll to get everything we needed. I'm deducting one star because of the issue we encountered with our bedroom televisions. It was a technical issue and does not reflect our experience of our stay itself. The tv in my room had no volume except for Netflix. It wasn't a big deal to me however, we expected the TVs to be in full working order since we were staying there for a week. We contacted the owner about it and he was very nice and set up a time to come check it out and get it fixed. The issue was fixed immediately the 1st try but then it happened again. It took a total of 3 visits including the cable company to come and fix it for good. The owner was more than helpful and very apologetic about the inconvenience. So for the good service, quick maintenance, and willingness to help us, we are overall satisfied with our stay here and probably will stay here again.

Disgusting AND smelly trash bins! Fire alarm blasts when it feels like, even in the middle of the day, for no reason! Hall carpets are DIRTY with STAINS! Everything becomes RUSTY in the bathroom with NO exhaustion fans! Metal door in the bathroom is rusty and sounds like it's going to fall apart when you open it! Dogs BARKING at all times of the day! Dog poop left at front of building in the green bags, or in plain sight for you to step on it.. The a/c in the hall sometimes leaks and you'll see puddles of water on the floor. Fixed one day and after a while it happens again. The first time they fixed the bathroom ceiling it didn't last long! Second time a new maintenance man came over and fixed the ceiling, but instead of putting CAULKING on the cracked BATHTUB caulking it looks like he spread the same PLASTER he spread on the ceiling and now it's cracked AGAIN! Turn on the bathroom faucet and the PIPES rumble during all times of the day like if it was falling apart at the seams. PS: The best staff are NO longer there which were J_________ and A_________. Unfortunately they left the 'not-so-friendly' staff behind. I can go on, and on... AND ON!
